Read quite a few bad reviews about this place. I went anyways, best service I've ever had! The woman working was very helpful and extremely friendly with me choosing my first pair of glasses. People are way off their rockers saying these people are rude. There are a lot of different frames/brands to choose from, I felt a little overwhelmed but the woman serving me help me pick the perfect pair. Perfect service!!

The staff here made me feel very uncomfortable. While I was trying on different frames one employee repeatedly told me that certain frames didn't look very nice and were too big on my face. These remarks came off very harsh, and if there were a better variety of stores to choose from I most certainly wouldn't have bought from here.

I decided to purchase new glasses as I hadn't worn any in 10 years as I had been using contacts. I wanted to lessen my contact use so bought glasses from Wave Optical today. Lindsay met me with a huge smile on her face and helped me select a pair of frames that were comfortable and suited my face well. She described the various coatings available and did not try to push any extras on me but did explain the benefits when asked. I had been using a 10 yr old pair of glasses as a back up while awaiting lenses to arrive from an online site which wouldn't be here for 2 weeks... I left the store and went home. I had forgotten the glasses were on my lap, I got out of the car and stepped on them and they smashed to pieces. I panicked and contacted Wave by phone. I explained what happened and asked if they could sell me a contact to carry me over until I got my glasses on Monday. Lisa, the optician, expressed empathy and told me I could come back right away and be fitted with a lens. I returned to store and Brian fitted me for a replacement contact. I was so relieved!! They did not even charge me for the follow up/fitting...I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting great service, qualified staff and friendliness....I have been a customer of numerous opticians/optical businesses in my adult life and I never have experienced the service like I did at Wave...Thank you to all of the staff!

I purchased an expensive frame and top of the end lenses. After a little over a year of ownership the coatings are peeling off. I called told them it was over a year of me owning them and that if it was determined that the coating was failing apart they would be replaced free of charge. After I get there I am told no it will cost money. I feel cheated and taken for a fool I would not recommend this local business. If I could give it a 0 out of 5 I would.
