Today was my first visit and Michelle from the lab was amazing! I brought in my glasses that I bought in Kelowna. I had a major scratch across one lens and a few months ago had warranty replacement lenses sent to me. I booked an appointment and Michelle took the old lenses out and put in the new ones in less than five minutes. I then asked about prescription sunglasses as I recently misplaced mine so we looked at some together. I was so impressed how she handled herself and treated me that I booked another appointment to buy new ones on Monday. I originally took them to another lab in town and was told the lenses were too big and that they were unable to. ????‍♀️????‍♀️ so Nicola Eye Care for the win! Thanks again Michelle!

Very unprofessional front staff. Tend to be rude at times and do not inform you of any costs before they bill your extended medical. Had an emergency appointment which would cost $20 but they billed my medical so it counted as my full eye exam for every two years. When I saw this I called to ask them why this happened and they “assume everybody wants to save a little money” when the reality is now I will have to pay $120 out of pocket for a full eye exam. I would recommend another office

I'm from out of town and I needed to have my frames replaced. Nicky from the lab helped me reach out to my house of vision from my hometown. A replacement pair was sent here from home! I am very pleased with the service and work done. I would choose this place as my go to if I were to ever move to Kamloops!

Something blew under my safety glasses at work today. I was in agony after flushing my eyes several times and called around to local offices to see if I could get in. I'm new in town, and luckily I happened to ask someone who recommended Nicola Eye Care. When they heard what was going on, they told me to come right away. The front desk staff were unforgettably amazing to me, and even took me outside afterwards to point to the nearest drugstores. Dr. Ann Byard was very sweet and gentle and explained that I had a giant corneal abrasion. I appreciate everything you did for me today. I'd be at home terrified and probably still trying to find the non-existent thing that feels like it's in my eye right now if I hadn't gotten into your office so quickly. Many thanks!

They have been super patient with me. I felt like I was super picky with my glasses fitting, however, they never lost sight of my needs Very impressed with their service from start to finish! I will be recommending them every chance I get.

Picked up some prescription safety glasses and reading glasses here, the service was amazing and the eye exam was very extensive not like Costco's eye exam. ( I do not recommend Costco for eyewear tried that.) Niki helped with my purchases was very impressed, sent the wife down. You won't be disappointed.
