Legitimately one of the nicest storeowners I've ever met. Highly recommend. Excellent prices and humane staff. It's a glasses store that doubles as an optometrist office, so you can do your eye exam and choose your glasses in one go.

I have had most of my glasses at this optician since the last 15-20 years...they have adressed my every concern as quickly as they are able. The word "no" does not seem to be in their vocabulary. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is casual. There is a reason Mike and his colleagues are in that location so long, they understand the value of repeat customers and treat them accordingly.

Strangely, they ask for the health insurance card and it is not normal when you do not have to see a specialist .... especially do not give it! Pretext that the files are filed with your number, yet c your phone number they ask in order to find your file .... (Original) J'y suis allé il y a 3 ans et les prix ont beaucoup augmenter. Bizarrement, ils demande la carte d'assurance maladie et ce n'est pas normal quand vous n'avez pas à voir un spécialiste.... surtout ne l'a donner pas! Prétexte que les dossier sont classer avec votre numéro, pourtant c votre numéro de téléphone qu'ils demande afin de trouver votre dossier....

Hi. Please cancel my appointment next Tuesday. I’ve had glasses made over a month ago. You guys were too busy and another clinic managed to get me in between appointments and did a great job. I like spending my money locally but it was impossible with you guys. I tried. I also tried sending you emails and calling to cancel my appointment and no such luck. Perhaps covid is the reason. Best of luck and thanks for giving me an appointment two months later even when I told you I have major headaches. Two days after receiving my prescription from another place, my headaches stopped.

I got my glasses here a while ago and I have to say this is my favourite pair I’ve ever had. The store was very busy but the person (I don’t know his title) working managed to deal with everyone. I can’t really blame them for being busy, they seemed like a very popular store, and I feel like an extra person helping would have been too many employees in a small amount of space during Covid/would have been irresponsible for safety. The glasses took longer than I’m used to to receive but since it was within the estimated amount of time given, that’s fair and I’m satisfied. It was worth the wait.

Zero start for this store . Not recommended at all . Owner : Very disorganized and low class . Even f you stay 15 minutes on front of him , does not bother to say hi or ask what do you need . Even does not bother to answer the phone . Store: Dirty and smells bad. Dust on every thing , specially on the eye glasses frames that people going to try on there faces . The opening and closing time depend to the sleep time and mood of the owner . Prices: Average. Quality of work: Low

I had difficulty dealing with the optician. I brought my glasses in to be repaired- one of the lenses was loose as were the arms of the frames .He told me my glasses were not able to be repaired . He recommended I purchase a new pair. I took my glasses to my old optician , & big surprise- he fixed every thing perfectly!! Service with a smile !! Suffice to say, I'm sticking with my optometrist. Unfortunately , I can't recommend sherbrooke Father.
