I bought 2 pairs for myself and 1 pair for my wife. The sevice was terrific though the stock is a little to the pricey end of the shopping spectrum... designer frames.

Went here one afternoon, just did some browsing. Loved there approach, helpful yet not overwhelming. Clear and simple pricing. I selected a few pairs and then went elsewhere to compare and sleep on my choices. The next place I went to did not compare: terrible service, displays were scatteree, pricing was so confusing even the employees couldn't get it right. I returned to Optiks International and was greeted right away, with my previous selections even. Needless to say, I got my glasses here and was pleased with the customer service.

I also wanted to share the greatest experience that I had at this Location. From booking for an eye exam, shopping for new glasses, fitting, repair, and even replace my new frame for free. Definitely the best place for eye exams and shopping for new glasses that I ever have had! Customer Service is top-notch! Great Job!!! I highly recommended this location.????

Update June 2018: I just purchased a new pair of glasses and sunglasses from here. The service and staff are amazing, especially Kieva. She went above and beyond to deliver top notch service. I highly recommend this location. October 2017: I went in looking for safety glasses for work. The service was excellent. I had my eyes check by the in-store optometrist. Michael was very professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly. The staff were all excellent and incredibly helpful. 10 out of 10 I will return.

Over charged and there two for one designer lenses are buy one designer frames and get no name brand for free so not worth it if your sucked into the buy one get one free designer drama gimmick they have.

The people here are awesome!!! This is a late review as I went last September, but I've raved to everyone I know about here. Their 2 for 1 deal is great!! And the associates helped me decide to go from 50 to 20 to 3 glasses... They truly care about you! Come here over every other over-priced place

Just returned from a visit to Optiks International Mayfield Common. My partner and I were overwhelmingly unimpressed with the service, or lack thereof, from the associate that was paired with us to pick out glasses. The associate was not helpful. After we (the associate, my partner, and I) stood in front of the wall of eyeglasses for a few minutes with signs plastered all over saying "do not browse, do not touch", I had to ask "so how does this work?" because she never offered any instruction. I had even showed her a photo of a style I liked. A superior customer service experience would have involved the associate offering to pick out styles according to the photo. The wall of hundreds, perhaps thousands of options is incredibly overwhelming to customers. so who better to pick out such styles than an associate that should know how to navigate the wall. The associate appeared lazy and not motivated to help us find new glasses. It required us to ask direct questions, to get an answer, but even then, she didn't offer to help at any moment. She just stood there. It was a very awkward interaction. We felt like an inconvenience to even ask for help. She wasn't even wearing a name tag, so we couldn't even reschedule a visit and request to not be paired with her. We said that "we just weren't feeling it" and left. In the past we've had great experiences getting our eyeglasses at this location. Associates were happy to go out of their way to find glasses similar in style to ones we've liked to dial in on "the one". This was not one of those times. This experience was painful.

I have dealt with Optiks International many times. Have had the privilege of having Samantha help me. She is excellent at what she does, listens to the client. Helps with selection of frames and your budget explains costs. I like Optiks even if is out of the way for me the variety of frames unbelievable and great prices. Samantha is a real gem one if the best there.

Under 2 year warentee, broke an arm to my glasses, the lady that helped me just swapped the lenses into the same set of frames off the shelf, adjusted them and had me out of there in 15 minutes. Great service, highly recommended. Use Groupon if available, as without can be pricy for those with a tight budget.

I was looking for a new pair of glasses that were now multifocal instead of single. I hadn't bought a pair of glasses for over 7 years as my prescription hadn't changed and I preferred wearing contacts instead. I loved how we were able to browse the glasses without being approached right away. We had questions and Courtney was so knowledgeable and helpful with choosing the right lens and frames. Carley was great when we were ready to purchase. Can't wait to get my glasses in! Highly recommend. Thanks!

I am very satisfied with this place. Everyone was very friendly. Over the phone service was great. The receptionist was very friendly and got to the point. I was also very impressed by the lady optometrist that dealt with me. She was kind and polite and she was also very thorough and taught me a lot about my eyes that no optometrist ever has. Before this visit I had no idea I had astigmatism. She was very helpful and even have me advice on ways to take care of my eyes at home. Wonderful people, wonderful experience. Not sure of the optometrist that was working there at the time but they added a prism to one or both eyes. I just went to another optometrist, they removed the prism and it's much better now. I've had to return to get lense adjustments or corrections more than once. I have had great warranty service on frames, otherwise 1 star. Also, if you don't look like you have money don't expect anyone to come help you on their own.

Staff was really nice. Offered style suggestions without hovering haha All very polite and helpful. Only kinda unfortunate thing was they didn't do a good job explaining what frames are the buy one get one free. I ended up picking 2 that were not part of that deal. So payed full price. But paying was my choice, I already fell in love before I knew. UPDATE. Manager called me and talked to me about the little misunderstanding with how the frames were explained to me. Nice to see a manager that really cares!! Changed my 4 start rating to a 5 star :)

Amazing! Tons of selection, very clean, organized, super friendly & knowledgeable staff! Samantha was incredibly helpful and kind! She even remembered me when I came back to pick up my glasses. The Optometrist was also excellent! He explained everything in detail and was polite and professional. I bought a $19 Groupon that gave me $175 off the 2 for 1 deal they have. Received 2 excellent pairs of glasses that I am very happy with!

Not only did Canadace help me find new frames (you were awesome!!!), but they SOMEHOW had my lenses in stock and got my glasses done in about 4 hours, AND allowed me to come in later that day to pick them up!!! My husband and I have gotten glasses here a few times. His last pair he got he took them in to be adjusted and they happened to crack while adjusting the arm. The glasses were close to 2 years old and they just send him to pick out another frame and sent it away for lenses free of charge. We had no idea some glasses have a 2 year warranty! So amazing! I went and picked out glasses last week and they came in the following week. The staff were helpful and very professional and personable. I'm glad I went back!

Employees were friendly business total money grab. Because my reading glasses perscription of +1.00 was expired by 1 month if I purchased frames without new eye exam there would be no warranty on the frames. They lost a sale - I was prepared to purchase.

Great selections. And friendly staff. They just don’t tell you the proper time frame to get the glasses in. Get told one week and then called back after a week and being told to wait another week. Not very happy with my experience. Will go somewhere else for my next pair of glasses

I love these guys. I've been buying my glasses from them for about 4 to 5 years. I see my ophthalmologist at a different location but I just love the choice of frames that they have and the prices are reasonable. They always have some form of deal going on and they're great with the warranty. recently I was struggling with a pair of glasses and they had no issue returning them and having the lens change for me so that I was able to wear them without incident. yes you do have to book an appointment during covid but I wouldn't expect any less as they only have four chairs for people to be assessed in.

I wanted to share the greatest experience I had at the Mayfield Location. Everything from booking my eye exam and how I was treated and she helped me to understand what was going on with my eyes because of the medication I was on. And the follow up tests that were performed I was truly impressed with the Dr. The shopping for new glasses as I needed a new prescription was so easy the lady that helped me was patient and very helpful. My new glasses arrived early and I had a appointment the next day to pick them up. She made sure they fit perfectly and took her time fitting them for me. This is the best place for eye exams and shopping for glasses that I ever have had! Best Customer Service! Great Job Highly recommended ????

Great service and great deals, the doctor was pretty good and helpful, she was taking her time for assessment and make sure you feel confident and happy for her exam. The down side is that they wouldn't use all the machines for the eye exam on kids under 18, but on my previous visit to another place, they used all the machines for the kids
