The staff here are amazing. Excellent prompt service and always a great selection. I wouldnt buy my glasses and contacts anywhere else in Timmins.. they have an in house optometrist as well :)

The staff here is incredible. They are all very knowledgeable and they work as a team to serve you. I've been a customer for years... Sometimes not the best customer.. yet each time I visit i get nothing but the best treatment and products. Never pressured and there is never a hassle. There are many other options in Timmins, but the choice for me is clear. Thanks for everything you guys do :)

I've been to many optical centers in Timmins and let me tell you Hakim Optical Timmins is the best by far. The service is wonderful, the staff specially David, is so prompt and super friendly. It doesn't matter where you got your glasses they will help you with smiles no questions ask. David is so patient it doesn't matter how many time you go there for inquiry. He is there to help. That is the reason why I'm a convert.

I am having a very bad time with hakim I orderd my specs on Wednesday they told me that I will get my specs by Thursday or Friday that is the next day or the day after from the day I ordered but it's been almost a week today and on Tuesday of the next week they are still giving me the same answer that they have not received my lenses yet. The order was placed as rush I wonder if it was a normal time delivery they would take a month. Really would not recommend hakim I have shown them my broken specs as well they know that I don't have any other option but also less concerned as I have cylindrical power eye sight I could not go to work from last Wednesday and they are still not giving me a confirmation about when they will get my specs ready. I have been calling them every working day but I get the same answer every day that is "mostly we will get it tomorrow ".

Hakim Optical Timmins was more of an experience than it was a place to get an eye exam taken and glasses made. In this community, I value a friendly atmosphere and the team at Hakim Optical certainly delivered. When you feel that you have known everyone for years, even though you just met that once, no words can describe how great this makes a client like myself feel. Dr. Christine was extremely professional and knew how to completely wow me with her exam. There were no scripted responses to my questions, and I was shown the features and benefits of the buy-up options on my lenses. Everyone knew how to have fun and be professional at the same time. It was clear that everyone at the store was busy entering information and no one was standing around being unproductive. Thank you Hakim Optical for literally helping me see the best in Timmins!!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Hakim with David. He was extremely helpful and went over and above to ensure that I received the care I needed. I had a major issue with my new glasses because my eyes drastically changed and the prescription was much stronger but my eyes couldnt adjust. Dave spent hours with me over two visits working to resolve the issue. He even helped me pick out a nice new frame. He sat there while I tried on pretty much every pair of glasses in the store. If I could give ten stars to Dave I would! Go to Hakim. Great staff, great selection, great prices!
