The service and care shown by everyone there has been exceptional. Our son (6 years old) has PTSD and the ladies here have been very gentle, patient, and friendly. He won't go anywhere else and we won't try. They also help adjusting our glasses without an appointment when my frames loosen or his no longer really fit his growing face.

I have received exceptionally good service and knowledgeable advice on numerous occasions from all the staff at the UW Health Optical Shop at University Station. (The Eye Care Clinic staff have been excellent, as well.) Special thanks to Geoff, Amanda, Dina, and Dara for all your help with glasses & contacts, and a shout-out to Betty (Regent Optical Shop) and Alec (Deming Way Optical Shop), too. Highly recommended!

Very rude & unprofessional. They clearly do not care about their own customer service. Constantly changing their stories about how things are handled. Never again!

I probably would never go back let alone recommend anyone to come here. I literally waited for my husband for over 2+ hrs just to find out that he was just sitting in the room in the back the whole time and he tried to tell the nurses that he had a time limit the nurses told him that a doctor can get to you when they can. Overall just a very horrible experience and it happens evrytime he comes here.

we needed to be gone by a certain time to pick up my sister from daycare. we were here much early and was even late. i was exhausted enough and this made me very very angry. i’ve been here before and it took 4 hours just to check up my eyes. obviously right now we are waiting

They did a great job fitting my nonverbal special needs son. First time with new frames he has NO red marks on his nose or ears.
