Staff are very helpful. Price is also reasonable. I had been with for 3 years and left to a different optician due to my daughter and but never got the service the way optical lounge gives you.so came back to them. They also have many different brands. So many varieties to choose.from.

My buddy recommended The Optical Lounge and it's been a great experience for 4 pairs of glasses we've gotten there over the past two years. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job recommending durable kid friendly glasses for my child. I also got my eyes checked there and the optometrist Brian gave me the best prescription I've had in years. I have high prescription progressive lenses and I appreciated the extra time and care taken to get the measurements right as well as fit the frame to my face. I also really appreciated the quality of frames here in all the glasses we've purchased.

Not reliable. Unprofessional. I had ordered my lenses through them and had couple of poor experiences. 1. The lady on call had mentioned she ll check with the other location and confirm if trial lenses are available but she never called back. 2. I was never informed my lenses were available for pickup untill I called on the last day before travel. 3. At the day of pick up, the same lady mentioned their store will be open till 5 pm. I drove all the way down and the store was closed 30 mins prior to closing time without any intimation! 4. The lady I spoke to was always rude and not empathetic to understand the matter. Disappointed! This is not what you expect when you are spending 500 bucks at a local optician.

I would say that this is the best optics! Dr. Monica is the best! She made my 5 year daughter so comfortable. It’s not just eye test; it’s total eye checkup. She was educating me about all the testes she was doing. Really detailed checkup that I never had in other place. All the staff is amazing. Wide variety of glasses! Go if u have time as it’s detailed checkup; that’s good. I wish I give more stars. For sure it’s my family optics! All the staff in optics was so cooperative, friendly and cooperative. COVID protocol was best followed.

I've been going to Optical Lounge for almost 3 years now, a coworker referred me here. They have a great selection of designer frames. The only reason I come back here is because of Victor. He is absolutely amazing! He is patient, knowledgeable & truly great at what he does - his customer service is unmatched. The optometrist is also great, I had my 10 month old son with me at the time of our eye exam & she was very patient and understanding. I would 100% refer Optical Lounge for all your eye wear needs.

They have a great selection of frames at reasonable price, but what I think makes us keep going there when we need glasses is Victor. He is helpful and has great taste. He takes his time to help us and never rushes us out. He is also a very kind man with a great sense of humour. Thanks Victor for fixing my husband’s glasses for him. He’s really happy with them and the excellent service you consistently provide.
