Worst service I've ever had. The day I show up from surgery they told me they can't do it until I get a covid test. Talk to one of their associates on the 20th, surgery set for the 27th. No one mentioned to me that I needed the covid test. They can't keep an appointment. I wouldn't let him go near my eyes. Which one star could be zero.

I am so disappointed in this place. My wife had an appointment today with Dr. Lang. We got there 15 minutes early as asked. Then she had to wait an hour and 15 minutes without being taken care of or talked to. She finally got up and we left and she canceled her next appointment too. So disappointing. Bad service unhelpful help. Let me revise this review. They did contact my wife apologize and reschedule her exam. So give them some points for that.

I was able to schedule appointments without long waits. I loved the text reminders I received for up coming appointments. I was explained what procedures were being done . After I Had my exam the doctor refused to fill out a form I needed to get my lasik re-done. I then had to Go to Walmart vision center and pay out of pocket. It took three months to get my medical records from associated eye, they refused to fax them or email them I had to physical go in to get them. It took 10 calls and tons of emails to finally at least get my medical record from them. It really shocked me that they refused to help me.

I’m not paying 799 for frames and then 430 for what Walmart charges exact same thing....280. Following Cataract surgery several years ago, I experienced a slight blurring in one eye and Dr. Wu determined it was scar tissue and could be removed by laser capsulotomy. The surgery took about two minutes, was painless and my eyesight is back to 20/20. Thank you Dr. Wu and Associated Eye Care for your professionalism and care. The BEST!!!

I felt very Covid safe when I had my Associated Eye Care appointment the other day. I hadn't been anywhere other than the grocery store for almost a year and was a little wary. I was so happy they were using very safe practices and the appointment went very quickly. I truly believe the doctors at Associated Eye Care saved my eyesight about 15 years ago when I had blood vessels bleeding into my eye. They are great and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting great eye care.

A few years ago, I had cataract surgery done in one eye and that surgery was a total failure! I see far worse than I saw before the surgery. I can only see 20/60 with correction. I think I was given an incorrect lens during the surgery since things in my left eye now appear to be much smaller in size than in my right eye. I asked for a correction of the lens problem and Dr. Schwartz said that he would not do that but would, instead correct the problem with lasik surgery. I was flabbergasted that he wanted me to trust him with my eyes after he totally ruined my vision in my left eye. And, of course, he planned to charge me for a lasik procedure that should never be necessary. Folks, stay away from Associated Eye Care. The folks who do technical work such as preparing measurements for lenses are sloppy and incompetent, not to mention unkempt, These low level staff are not properly supervised and the operation lacks needed quality control procedures. If you value your vision, avoid this place. I am heartbroken over what these folks did to me and could do to you. Please do not trust them.

I had to have cataract surgery on both eyes. The surgery was scheduled two weeks apart. I couldn't believe the difference after the first surgery. My vision was about 20-30, 20-40 before the surgery. After one month's time both eyes are at 20-20. I highly recommend Dr. Schwartz and Associated Eye.

Got Lasik correction and it was a breeze. Dr. Park answered all my questions and even gave additional information on things I didn't even think to ask about. The lasik surgery was insanely fast and with no discomfort. I would do it again if I needed to but I now have 20/15 and can see great. No more glasses or contacts. Now I need to change my driver's license to no prescription eye wear. Wish that was as easy as the lasik surgery was.

Be concerned of extra services - Their service is good, but they add in services, exams and tests without confirming that you need them or they are covered by insurance. You may think that it will only be a small copay, and a month later there is a few hundred dollar bill. I asked if they felt any responsibility and they indicated it was up to my and my insurance to decipher if their tests were needed or covered... really?

Would not recommend for several reasons: 1) They didn't catch an eye disease that several other doctors have caught. 2) When you schedule an eye exam at any other eye doc usually you can get contacts right away. Unfortunately I'm wasting more time and have to schedule another appointment for that. 3) Calling to schedule when they are open (according to google) and the automated attendant says there closed.......

She is dependent on someone to drive her, so this was very inconvenient. I went in today for my 2 sons yearly exams. The receptionist told me that my one sons appointment was canceled and the other one had been moved to another day. I scheduled these appointments a year ago because they are so busy and did not change them. On three other occasions we have received calls from the clinic informing us that we need to reschedule because of various reasons. The last time we were in we didn't see anyone until a 1/2 hour after our scheduled appointment time. My family of 5 will be going to one of the many other local clinics in search of a better experience for our exams and contacts

It is always a pleasure when I go to see Dr Wu at the Stillwater location. The entire staff is so gracious. It is a cheerfu atmosphere. I have always appreciated Dr. Wu's commitment to my eye health. He never fails to gently remind me of the things that I can do for my eye health. I have a disease over which I do have some influence in its progression if I take a daily nutritional supplement and keep my eyes protected from UV light by wearing sunglasses and a wide brimmed hat. I always receive a reminder to come for a periodic checkup and will get a call if I don't respond. It is a terrific team!

Got me in with a same day appointment. Exam seemed through with pictures of the back of my eye. Answered my question about periferenal flashes when I turn my head quickly. Seems it happens when the eye fluid pulls on the edges of the inside of the eye and stimulates the cells. No big deal. Should have asked for more explanation of my numbers in terms of Cylinder and Axis. Being a science guy and wanting to know how things work. My eyesight is almost perfect for someone 65 so cheaters and lowest power glasses for long long distances.

Dr Park is an amazing and competent physician. He discovered I have glaucoma after another eye doctor told me I had macular degeneration and was “watching it” for changes. He removed my cataracts and placed stents in my eyes to equalize the pressure, and so far the eye pressure is doing very well. I expressed my appreciation to him for making the diagnosis, on my last visit. He was very humble in accepting my praise of his abilities. I strongly encourage people to have Dr Park as their Eye Doctor.

I received lasik here and was very happy with it until the last check up to insure that my vision was still ok. I know that my vision was not 20/20 base on the different lenses that were used to allow me to read the eye chart. The staff and doctor never told me what my test results were even when I asked about it. Was it at a level that it needed a touch up that they didn't want to do for free?

If I could give 0 stars for their schedulers I would. They are rude and I was told incorrect information several times. Because of this, I went in for a useless appointment, which I was of course billed for. And then told to come back by the doctor I saw because she couldn't do what I needed. She even said the schedulers should have known. Then when I called back to schedule again, they tried to do the same thing. Tell me I would just be coming in for the first of 2 appointments. Called and spoke to at least 3 different people who all were very unprofessional. Seems like a nice clinic with good doctors. I just do not appreciate being billed extra, treated poorly, and wasting my time.

Dr. Schwartz was very professional and had a nice friendly manner. He understood the specific retinal issue I had and said he would be glad to see me in a year. He left a good impression with me and I will be happy to come back in a year. As for the provider I saw first, a woman, who tested me for new glasses, she seemed also professional, just not as open and friendly as Dr. Schwartz. But nice enough. Perhaps if I hadn't been as old and obviously disabled, she would have been more friendly. It didn't help that I mentioned a few things about my disability. I think that may have made her more uncomfortable. My mistake; I won't do that again. Maybe then she will seem more relaxed and friendly.

I think Associated Eye Care is a great place to go ! They practice social distancing, sanitizing equipment and rooms. I called to get in for an eye infection and they got me in same day. Wonderful care! I also had my cataract surgery there. It all went smoothly. And it's all in the same building.(I use the Stillwater office) If you are looking for great eye care, give them a try!

Always behind on appointments, it is unacceptable. We show up early for our appointments, so waiting a bit is normal, but over 40 minutes PAST our appointment time doesn't cut it... that was for 2 separate times. While the care may be good, how much can they really respect/care for a patient if they cant even figure out how to schedule effectively? Not reccomend *IF* you value your time...

Everyone at Associated Eye Care not only makes you feel comfortable and welcome the moment you walk in but the whole team of people working to even let you know that your a good candidate for Lasik is an amazing feeling. Dr Park is the one who actually did my Lasik procedure and the whole time made me feel comfortable and told me where to look what to look at. Mentally prepared me for any pressure. My wait was long, but it was understandable. Lots of patients on a Friday afternoon. The woman who saw me before Dr. Tienor was excellent; probably the best I've dealt with. I have almost changed doctors because I didn't like the treatment i received from previous examiners ... Prettty rude and almost condescending. I always felt like it was because of my age. This woman was excellent. Professional, talkative, kind and didn't talk to me like I was a child.

The examination by Dr. Swartz and his assistant was excellent. The optical department charges outrageous prices for eyeglasses. We had 2 new pairs, frames and lens, with one pair 50% off.....and one set of lens for the frames that I supplied....Cost $1900 ....That is outrageous! I will continue with the annual exams at AE, but I will not fill the prescriptions there....again.

I had been a patient here since moving here 15 years ago. During the pandemic I developed a very bad case of chronic dry eye. When I sought treatment here I was rudely dismissed by one of the doctors as having an eyelash in my eye. I saw another doctor at a later date with little to no satisfaction either. It was a very frustrating experience made worse by their lack of care & compassion. My husband had a bad experience too. We have both moved on. I DO NOT recommend Associated Eye!!! ????
