Always have had eyes tested here.. Glasses to follow. Always friendly. Always helpful. Let me look at feames and gave me time/space and prices with ease. Quick service & called me back right away in regards to my benifit coverage via workplace cause i went in on a Saturday.. Great rates & yipppie sight! Thank you for service.

I went in to get prescription sunglasses and the staff was nice and i chose a frame that i liked. The day i was supposed to pick then up they called and asked me to come in to measure my pupils, which they should have done to begin with. The guy that worked there was like "oops, i should have down this the day you picked your frames" but he didn't so i had to wait another week. Ok, fine, annoying but whatever. They took another week and then called me to tell me that the frames they sold me can't even be made into prescription glasses.... WTF two weeks later and i have to wait ANOTHER week to have a pair made. Terrible customer service. Do not expect to get your glasses in an acceptable amount of time. You can't just say sorry and expect people to ever come back or recommend you. Super unprofessional. Well deserved one star.

Very unprofessional. Horrible selection of glasses. Was in to order glasses. Gave my benefits card number to the old lady. Took almost 3 weeks to get one pair of glasses. Just to be told I never have anything for coverage? When told what they did wrong I was met with extreme attitude. Do not recommend this location.

A pleasant experience right from the start. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a problem with the frames I chose, I went in with the glasses and they had no problem in fixing the problem without interrogation of how the issue arose. I would definitely recommend O.C.Outlet to anyone needing glasses or an eye test.

I took my 85 year old mum in. Franklin rushed to the door to help because she uses a walker. The service improved continually as our visit progressed. Mum only needed to get a broken frame replaced and Filomina (please excuse spelling) teamed up perfectly with Franklin to go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. We booked an appointment for an eye exam right on the spot. Great job. Thanks.

Booked an eye appointment here last week and took the day off of work only to find out that the doctor didn't show up because it snowed and didn't bother to call his patients. When I let the staff at this place know I was there for my appointment the first thing they said is "does your phone have voicemail?". What a joke. They actually have a script for trying to BS patients this doctor blows off. I do have voicemail and I also have caller ID. The doctors office never called to cancel with me! So unprofessional. I've never been to such a low quality place before in my life.

Came about 15 mins left to closing. A screw had fallen out of my glasses and as a result the lens would not stay in place...the gentleman fixed my glasses and only requested a small donation to cancer research I believe....Very classy stuff:) Great service A+

I walked in recently and asked if they could create a new pair of glasses by extracting the prescription off an old pair. They said "no" and told me that I needed to bring in a written prescription. I searched around because even though it has been 20 years since I last purchased frames, I knew it was possible to extract off an existing prescription. I found a place in Jackson Square that did it beautifully and I got two pairs with different frames for just a little over 500 dollars. One place's gain is another place's loss.

Optical Clearance Centre constantly messes up on orders and does not meet their estimated times. I have been a regular customer for some time because I do not have insurance, they continually mess up and don't call you if there is an error. They wait until you call them and get upset. If I could afford to go somewhere else or had insurance I definitely would. I have also been treated very poorly by one of the main workers there, telling me what glasses I have to get for my son instead of allowing me to choose. Very rudely saying I have no options and then I explained that I am a customer and I do have options as to what I want to buy from his establishment.

I have been getting my glasses and contacts from here since I was a boy. They are always friendly, affordable and they go the extra mile. On my last visit, Philomena and Jordan were particularly helpful and knowledgeable with their assistance in helping me to find the right frames. Front desk staff were very unhelpful. I tried on glasses while all they did was gossip. I was not acknowledged or assisted at all. The mountain location is 100% better. Won't be back here ever again.

Been going here for years 9 and ive always been so happy with the product and service. I went to lens crafters once paid triple the price and had a terrible time with my glasses. I will never switch from this place again. There honest about the product and always egger to help with any situation. I broke the arm on my glasses once weeks after i got them and they worked with me to get it fixed right away. Amazing store and i always recomend them to everyone. Thank you.

DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM HERE,! Garbage quality, I have had 3 pairs where the lenses have cracked. Most recently I bought safety glasses for work. I wore them twice when I took them out of the provided case, I noticed they had cracks all over the lenses. I took them back to the store the person who measures your eyes, said to me yeah there stress fractures, I said I thought safety glasses weren’t supposed to crack/ break etc. His exact words were it must have been how you stored them, I told him they were stored indoors in the case you provided. Then he said if you pay another 80 dollars he could replace the lenses. EVERYONE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR DO NOT BUY HERE THEY USE SUB STANDARD LENSES. GARBAGE QUALITY

Spent an hour finding glasses that fit me and fit in my price range. Had to leave before placing order and was assured my glasses would be held for 2 weeks. Returned less than a week later and was told that they didn't hold that long. Reception was rude and abrupt. "Management" that came out blamed me for not knowing the sales persons name. Not one introduced themselves not wore name tags! Waste of time. I have used them many times in the past and was never treated like this. Must be new management. I'll take my business elsewhere thanks
