Super happy with my glasses. They look and feel perfect. The staff were excellent. The optometrist was quick, professional and friendly (and I appreciated not being pressured into contact lenses) and Nav was lovely super patient with me while I tried on 800 colour combinations. Best of all, everything was incredibly inexpensive and they direct-billed my insurance for everything. I will absolutely go here for glasses again.

I wear progressives and I'm really hard on my glasses... two things that combined are really hard on my wallet. I chose Dresden Vision because it the prescription glasses monopoly really irks me and I wanted to give my money to someone else. Dresden offers one style of glasses but you can choose a range of fun colours. Their prices are really good: a little more expensive than the cheapo online deals you can get, but the quality of these frames is clearly better. I also got a pair of single vision glasses for computer use and they are also a great price. The frames are nice and light too, without being flimsy. It's been a couple of months and I haven't managed to break either pair, despite my best efforts. I will buy from here again (inevitably).

I was already rocking Dresden Frames from the Little Italy location before I noticed this pop up shop. I'm so happy to hear that their location will be around a little bit longer! Their customer service is always amazing and super helpful! It's also pretty groovy that their frames are recycled and that they can be "lego-ed" to fit whatever colours you want! I'd give more stars if I could! ♥️♥️♥️

Amazing experience! Wonderful doctor (Dr. Raj) and staff (Chris). They made the experience super comfortable for my unenthusiastic 8 year old. We were able to purchase him some awesome frames in a couple of super fun colours. We both left with smiles on our faces. I will definitely return with the rest of the family. Thank you!! :)

Was told by a friend how happy she was, so we decided to try. We ordered two pairs one each. We’re told they would be ready by Thursday. Friday I phoned in see if our classes were ready. Was informed one pair is here but not both. I asked when will the other pair be ready? Was told someone will call on Monday to let you know. Never received a call. Friday night I sent an email asking if my classes were ready? Saturday morning I received a call but did not answer. The message ( just received your email your classes are here sorry for the delay). Not caring no customer service I have reached out the the store manager 3 times with no response We have not gone in yet to pick up the classes were not sure if we want them any longer! Update: I have received a email from the store manager, apologizing and explaining what happened. We have picked up our classes, both of us like our new classes. I understand how sometimes things just don’t work out. I hope this post will be the one and only bad post happy to say will give a second chance.

Great glasses experience. Went here on a strong recommendation and was not disappointed. Super easy buying, and Eduardo explained everything (there's not a lot to really explain, as it's a very simple glasses concept!). He even let me push the button to start the lens grinder! Got 3 pairs of glasses for the cost of one pair at an optometrist. I really like that I can get replacement parts (like pins or arms) under warranty or really low cost. Glasses are really light weight, but strong. Highly recommended!

Wow! Buying glasses has never been so quick and easy. Eduardo was very kind, helpful and patient. I left after 30 minutes with two pairs of glasses (regular and prescription sunglasses) at 1/4 of the price and couldn't believe it! I went back for a quick adjustment on the one pair (5 minutes in and out), but otherwise it's 2 months later and they have been great. Comfortable, durable with my young kids and they don't slip off like my old, more expensive frames! Definitely my new glasses solution!!

This is your sign to check out Dresden! So thankful we have one in Hamilton. You can customize your frames, which in itself is really cool, but their glasses are also super affordable, sustainable and (usually) ready to take home the same day. Just bought my second pair and couldn't be happier.

Ordered on-line. Edwardo reached out to me on email concerned by PD (distance between your pupils) seem off. He sent a link to an app that measured me accurately in literally seconds. On top of that, he lives near me so delivered my new glasses personally. This is a well run operation. Without hesitation I recommend these guys. Seamless process start to finish and my glasses fit properly.

I’m in love with my new glasses. I was a little skeptical about prescription sunglasses being so inexpensive, I thought they would be made of cheap material and fall apart right away. They’re better than any other prescription glasses I’ve had. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me decide exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend going here. Wow!!! Highest quality eyewear at GREAT prices! Seriously, where has Dresden been all of my life? I got a complete set of progressive lenses ( with transitions, anti glare and thin lenses as well as the frame) for under $500!! I have NEVER paid under $800.00 anywhere else. Eye exam was "top of the line" and you couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable orf friendly staff ( even during this pandemic). If you want great glasses in fun colours and at an even better price, Dresden Vision is the place to go!!
