Went for an eye exam, dr Ahmed is a very nice doctor, he was very polite and helpful with the eye examination. Even they help me to claim the insurance for the eye glasses. Overall excellent experience.

I Got my glasses last week the girl working in that store was really polite and very knowledgeable. She helped me to find perfect glasses for me. I am extremely frugal, my friends say cheap as hell. After looking for the best price I could find I went to the optic store for the first time 2 years ago. The eye doctor beside them also had the best price. I was exceedingly happy with my service and product. I went back yesterday, after again shopping around for the best price. Again I am super happy with the optic store. Go to the optic store. I already looked around for a better place twice, in another 2 years I won't even bother looking around.

Took my glasses that l bought from Akal to be repaired as the lensed came out of the frame , they didnt have anyone on sight to fix them and kept them 6 days , when l picked them up l went to put them on and the lense fell out of the frame , l then noticed the lense was chipped around the edges , l took them back into the store , and when l told her they were not fixed she got defensive and acted like she did me a favor , l asked her why my lense was chipped and she tried telling me they were like that when l dropped them off which was not true , she basically backtracked and said they couldn't be fixed and refused to take any responsibility for the damage , she then tried to say l didn't buy them from them and said my info was not in there system , how convenient, do not recommend this business, bad customer service 3 thumbs down

Went in for an eye exam by looking at the positive reviews here. The results showed my cylindrical number had vanished, which is hard to get rid of. So went and got eyes examined elsewhere to find that the number from here turned out to be incorrect. The pricing of lense packages was quite high in my opinion.
