Really cheerful and happy people working here. Put me in a good mood, and I definitely will be making them my regular eye place. Quite happy with the customer service, I got an appointment for the day after I called, went in and got a full eye exam, and walked out with some demo contact lenses, and an order for more. They definitely know their eye stuff.

Great service from the optometrist. The only issue is I booked my appointment with the sales guy and he very clearly said they could charge directly to my insurance (for my eye exam, I said nothing about buying glasses). I was informed after my appointment that direct insurance claims are for glasses only.

This was my first time buying prescription glasses and I went in expecting the experience to be intimidating and stressful, but Sunny made it so easy and fun! He was super knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Amazing customer service. I got both regular glasses and sunglasses at a great price! Highly recommended.

Great service, selection and price. We drove all the way from Toronto to come here because of the selection. We were introduced to the place from Guelph resident. The selection was actually amazing and shocking for a place out in nowhere. The service and consultation was great and of course the most important part...the price! I saved about 35% off the best price compared to Toronto opticians.

My husband and I have started going to Sonny about a year ago. He is such a fantastic person and very knowledgeable about vision and eye care. He takes the most time (even up to 3 hours!!) to help you choose your frames and what best will suit you and your budget. My husband is a pilot and needed a certain type of progressive and reading glass and Sonny helped him. He does adjustments for free, provides multiple suggestions and is a wonderful person. There is a huge selection of frames to choose from as well. We HIGHLY recommend this store!!!

Horrible experience. I was told my glasses would be ready on Friday in the store after i gave him all of my information and previously talked to him on the phone then when I called the owner was rude with me over the phone telling me they werent ready and to call back Monday. I called on Tuesday and he proceeded to yell at me for calling so much and told me my glasses were still not ready then called back 20 minutes later to tell me they were ready. I would highly recommend to get glasses elsewhere. Just look at the message he left below. None of what I have stated is a lie, yes my boyfriend did call on the Monday when he stated they would be ready and the owner was rude to him as well .The only reason I considered getting my glasses here was because I needed them for "WORK" and he verified they would be ready on the set date. Once again highly reccomend going elsewhere to find glasses!

I bought my prescription glasses 1 and a half year ago. At first i came there as my friend recommended me. It didnt look like luxury store with lots of expensive brand name but the owner made me surprised. I told him i wanted to have a cool round pairs of glasses. And he gave me the one couldnt be better,exactly what i wanted and fixed with my Asian face structure. Until now sometimes I still have received few compliments about it
