Worth the drive from Kitchener .. Been going for a few years now. Nikki and Dan are so patient and helpful when selecting frames ...I never feel rushed. Dan is a master at the art of edging lenses and Nikki is so helpful with finding that perfect frame.. Never thought I'd find something to please my 11 year old daughter, but Nikki did! Thanks Canvision!

Bought glasses here a year ago based on the reviews on google as I was looking for a place in Guelph. I was welcomed and assisted and found the perfect glasses. They had alot of choices. Fast forward one year and I sat on my glasses. Whoops! I went in and was welcomed and they helped straighten them out and cleaned them. Love this place. Will go back for next pair for sure!

Awesome service. I baked my Maui Jim's by leaving them in the car for too long. 3 years after I purchased them took them back to Canvision to have an estimate on repair. They sent them off to Maui Jim free of charge and replaced the sunglasses with a brand new pair! Highly recommend this place for their customer service.

I went to see them for new prescription. In speaking with the someone there; she recommended that I see an eye doctor. I made an appointment and was latter informed that I had high eye pressure. Dr placed eye drops to bring the pressure.

Now I have purchased 2 pair of glasses from Canvision and have been more than pleased with their: selection, price and service. It is by far the best customer experience I have ever had while purchasing glasses. I easily tried on 10+ pairs before I decided which one to go with. Once I made my decision the glasses were ready in less than 5 days (including the weekend ). They made sure they fit my face perfectly and even took the time to re shape the arm so they sat correctly on my face. Dan and Nicky are awesome and I will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for glasses. If you are lucky enough to be there when Hector is in, be sure to give him some back scratches and attention.

Wow! I was blown away by the service here. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Go see Nicollete or Daniel if you ever need anything glasses related. After being told by other stores they couldn't fix my frames and to just buy new ones, I came here and was treated like I had been coming for years. My girlfriend goes here and the people she talks to are amazing. They sell quality product that looks good on her. The prices comparably are much more affordable for everyone. They straighten and assist if their are ever a problem with the frames or lenses. Always great service with a smile! Switching to here from another Guelph store because of the quality of service.
