Hes nice, honest , reasonable and fair. I believe in supporting the local small guys over the big conglomerate stores there the service and quality is like an assembly line. Thanks apps optical.

Always super helpful and honest. Came into town from 2 hours away and he fixed them right away no charge. No one was able to do it where I live. He cares about his clients and quality is 100%. Prices are very fair and doesn't up sell. Don't go anywhere else.

Dave has been nothing but fantastic to my wife and I. My wife was reccomended apps optical from someone at work for her prescription safeties. Dave handled her great and even though her first prescription came in wrong the issue was handled promptly without any issue. I just went in to get my pair and again was handled great and given a very fast delivery date for them. P.S. anyone who works for linamar go see Dave, he makes sure you get what you need.

Best experience I have ever had. I purchased saftey glasses for work from Apps Optical. The man (sorry I didn't catch his name) treated us with an abundance of respect. He was very upbeat as well. I bought a new pair of glasses and in less than a month the frame broke. It's now been 2 months waiting for a new set of frames. With 0 followups or anything. Every time I call its next week. Now hes closed for an entire week. I suggest taking your business elsewhere

Unfortunately "being nice" could be superficial and deceiving. Did not had a nice experience at this place. Returned my glasses but still was charged the full price ... Did not recommend this place, you can get a better quality for less elsewhere.

Husband broke his glasses today in a fluke accident. He drives for a living and we don't have a spare. I called around in a panick trying to see how much it would cost to replace these. This was an old prescription (2016) and we dont have glasses coverage right now. Called the regulars in Stone Road Mall and was quoted anywhere from $270-450. I couldn't justify it and we only need them to last until early 2018 when he gets a new prescription. I called Apps Optical and was so relieved when speaking with the owner David that it would only be $150 all in but he suggested we wait and see if the lenses could be salvaged and we could just look at some frames for $75. We ended up just needing some new frames and he custom fit the lenses to make the frames work. HUGE relief knowing we could minimize the cost of these glasses until we can afford to replace them with the new prescription. Thank you again so much David, you are a life saver. We will be back to fill my husbands prescription in 2018! We will spread the word of your awesome service.

The man who runs the store is very nice but that doesn’t help when he is never there, won’t buy glasses here again just for inconvenience sake. Need my glasses fixed and been here 3 times, he hasn’t been available any of the times. Don’t believe the hours posted, call before if you do decide to go with them. Even if you do good chance there a lady there who can’t even do anything anyway? Why even own a business is my question

Mr. Bessenov is absolutely incorrect and has outright lied. Apps Optical bent over backwards to help this customer, and after making several pairs of prescription lenses, his money was refunded in full.

My name is S Stojcic. David and APPS OPTICAL is definitely the best in Guelph. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! I'm 18 years with David. I never had problem with David service and I'm very happy with his glasses. If I need any repair for my safety glasses he never said he can't or he don't like to try to fix first. One time we have mandatory to go with Hackim Optical for Linamar Safety glasses and I go one time and last time. He is the best of the best !!!! THANK YOU !!!!!

I had a prescription for progressive lenses. I wanted glasses for driving. The owner recommended that I get single vision for distance only & that I would be able to see the speedometer better with the distance lenses. I paid over $500 for single vision and the frames I received were the ones from the display that everyone tried on! Needless to say I have worn the glasses about 2 x. What a waste of money. Go to Costco- very professional and reasonably priced. I got 2 pair of progressive lenses with all the coating and blue block for a little more than I paid for 1 pair of single vision with frames that were not new.
