this is my first time wearing glasses and I found the experience to be very easy. They helped me pick out my frames and were very patient with me as I tried on every frame in the store..... I highly recommend this team. The delivery was also fast which was amazing. Got them in time for our vacation.

My husband, my daughter and myself all came here to see Michael and Michael’s Dad, to renew our prescription. What a fantastically helpful and conscientious duo. Michael in particular, went out of his way for my husband and I. We had some special and specific requests for our new glasses and Michael was able to meet all of our needs. He even tried desperately to save my cracked, but favourite “Jackie O” sunglass frames. I highly recommend Michael and the staff here. You won’t be disappointed.

I wish I had listen to my co-worker sooner and gone here first years ago. I have a difficult perscription and I have never paid under at least 950.00 for just two pairs of glasses and my last two set I bought in Guelph where a nightmare. This place really surprised me, first I paid only $700 for three beautiful pairs, the lenses are perfect, and the frames sooooooooooooo stylish, the owner was so paitient and kind and his beautiful dog Tina is an added bonus. But even when I went back to have them adjusted he took his time to listen to what I was telling him so that he could adjust them right. Amazing experience, really too notch would go back in a heart beat and not have buyers remorse. Thank you so much. ***Edit June 15th.*** Again can't stress how wonderful this place is. My one pair which was the most beautiful frame ever just did not work for my prescription (very sad) and since I never owned a plastic frame before I had no idea. Between myself and the store we tried to make it work and it just didn't. So if fully offered to pay for a new frame or the work to swap them to a different frame, because this was not their fault...nope they did it at no charge. Helped find me a new frame and changed the lenses and no charge...never ever has a place done this for me and I am so grateful and so in love with all 3 pairs. I have gotten so many compliments on each one and a plus I get to play with Tina when I am there for adjustments a big bonus. Honestly the best place ever, give them a try you will not be disappointed.

I had a really good experience when I purchased my most recent glasses here. I paid a good price to receive 2 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses. When it was discovered that my prescription was wrong (due to the dr's notes being incorrect), I got my eyes retested and 3 for 1 Glasses replaced the lenses with my new prescription at no cost to me! This was great for me because I needed my glasses for school, and didn't have much extra money because of school at the time :) Thank you!

spent over $400 for my son glasses, used only 4 months because out of size, the store was recommended the size. when back after few months to complained and they don't want to replace / warranty their fault. Never going back this place again. Michael, sorry is meaning nothing, fix your issue / mistake is important thing.

I have been going to 3 for 1 Glasses since 2011 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Mike and Nataly are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed, and I love looking at all the new styles. The fact that you can plan which glasses you'll get today and which you'll wait to order at a different time is a huge plus. I'm so pleased with my new "everyday" glasses and my new sunglasses. I look forward to deciding if the third pair will be computer glasses or another pair of "everyday" glasses!

I have been going to 3 for 1 Glasses in Guelph for years. Nataly, Mike, and the rest of their staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable of what they do. They suggested personalized goggles for my son when he broke his glasses multiple times playing basketball. They also fixed his glasses multiple times with no charge. Excellent service. Have been a repeat customer for years. They continually go above and beyond. Just recently they fixed two pairs of glasses that were out of warrenty. I was willing to pay but it was something he said he could do for me and he did it. Think about it. He could have easily charged me anywhere from $50 plus and made that money but instead to help me as a customer and show their appreciation, he ordered parts on his own dime and time and fixed my 2 pair of glasses. Now that is something. Besides the fact that the prices are excellent and the selection is amazing there is no comparison to that kind of customer service. Customer for life. Awesome job 3for1!

The arms of my glasses were warped and in need of repair after several years of wear. Michael troubleshooted for me and ultimately had to replace the arms as they were too old to attempt a fix. He did this free of charge! I really appreciated him going out of his way to help me and for the excellent customer service. I’ve been getting my glasses there for almost 10 years and I highly recommend them.

I just recently had a pair of glasses repaired that I had stepped on. they had said they will try their best to fix them but if not I would have to buy a new pair because they were a year out of warranty. which I was satisfied with and the next day the gentleman had called me and said he had fixed them and there was no charge. in my opinion that is awesome service. Excellent personalized customer service!!! I was in Guelph for a week and a half, and needed new glasses over the holidays. They provided personalized, professional frame selection service. They were aware of my time restraints and went out of their way - even personally delivering one pair from Toronto - so I could get my new 3 pairs of glasses before I left the area. OMG!! Absolutely THE best place to get eyeglasses in Guelph. Really great prices, completely fantastic customer service. Owner just went above and beyond to get my prescription adjusted on my, not just one, but two pairs of eyeglasses I purchased from them beyond their warranty period! I was expecting to have to pay to get the issue fixed, but he said that he would take care of it at no cost!!!! WOW, completely blew me away, something I completely didn't expect. You simply can't find anywhere better than this place! They have a great selection, and will order anything you may want that they don’t have in stock - which is more than most places will do for you. They offer a fantastic warranty, and do everything you could ever want from an eyeglass store. Maybe even more importantly, the actual owners work there, and are some of the best people I've ever met. Remember when you were a kid and businesses actually cared about you, were kind, friendly, and had all the answers to your questions? Then somewhere along the lines getting scowled at by a minimum wage Walmart employee for asking a simple question they were woefully unqualified to answer became the norm... Well this place is like stepping back into those wondrous days when business owners were so friendly, caring and competent that you actually enjoyed spending your money there. OK, maybe I’m old and some of the younger people reading this don’t even remember what that was like. So, do yourself a favour and check this place out. Once you’ve seen what it should be like, you’ll hate buying anything anywhere else. Don’t let your doctor pressure you into buying overpriced glasses at their office only to find out you paid double for a pair of frames, and when they get damaged you need an appointment to get them fixed. Don’t go to one of the huge chains that just want to take your money and get you out the door. And definitely don’t risk going online to buy something as important as eyeglasses from some sketchy website that is literally breaking the law by selling prescription glasses (it’s illegal for a reason!). Give this family owned business a try and you’ll be a customer for life.
