I did the eye exam last week and Anh-Ton did a thorough job and took his time to explain the results. My new progressive glasses were ready within a week and I am very happy with them. Of course I need to mention the cute French Bulldog who wants to play with each new customer ;-).

I've been wearing glasses for 30 years now and have had my share of visits with an optometrist. Mr. Tran, with Voskins, was excellent, top-notch. It will be my first time wearing reading/progressive glasses, and he took the time to explain all my options, advantages, disadvantages, etc. And I was no bullied into buying the glasses at the store. I went there for an eye exam. Apart from the unique vintage style decoration and cool atmosphere , Dr Anh-Ton Tran did a thorough examination of my eye. Him and other staff were very friendly and they provided the best service I've ever received in a lunetterie. The staff were very welcoming, and it was a lovely space to wait in. They followed COVID protocol and I felt very safe. This will be my go-to place for all my glasses needs in the future!!

Unsatisfactory repair service. I brought in a pair of Persols for repair but after only a few minutes I was told that the repair was impossible and the glasses were toast. Went to another store for a second opinion and the repair was done in 3 minutes for free. Voskins seems to have a great selection and service for those interested in getting an exam or buying frames in house (their selection *was* fantastic and intriguing), but I would not return to this shop if I needed repair service again.

I love this place!! Never have I seen a more professional, knowledgable, and helpful staff. They have two stores with a different inventory, so they have a great variety of choices. Most of their staff work at both spots and are familiar with the overall inventory, which proved to be very helpful. I had been looking for a particular style of glasses for quite some time and I was so happy that they were able to provide me with the exact style, which they shipped from their other shop! I enjoyed my experience so much, I wish I could hang out there all afternoon. I went back for sunglasses and found a beautiful and original pair, handcrafted in Italy and amazing quality, by Germano Gambini. I also sent my friend Anna who was on a budget and needed new glasses. She told me they had a trendy variety of vintage frames, and found a great pair at a super reasonable cost. Such a fun atmosphere and beautiful space. All in all, an easy 5stars from me!!!

Recently went for an eye exam due to having eye strain issues/outdated prescription. One of the most thoroughly and informative exams ever. Did a bunch of different tests I've never had done before such as field of vision. The doctor was super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back in two years for my next exam.

I wasn't sure if I should believe 5 stars but seriously, there's a reason for it!! I have been eye-dr-jumping because I am never satisfied with my prescription, which is probably a result of my absurd inability to answer anything definitively. (1? or 2? who knows???) Maybe it's too early to tell, but the contact lenses I just got actually make everything crystal clear for a change!! I will update if I change my mind. The employees welcoming me were super, well, welcoming. The inside of the store is really cool, there is gorgeous art on the wall (for sale! painted by one of the girls who works there! wow.) The optometrist was so patient with my nonsense answers, offered multiple possible solutions to my frustrations, and best of all, actually explained why I was experiencing what I was struggling with, which really helps me understand and decide what I want. I really value being an active participant in my medical care! Thank you!! <3

I went voskins for having the contact lens and this is the first time I decide to wear the contact lens. The doctor was professional and super patient to answer all of my questions and he took his time to do the eye examination. The staffs there are lovely and helpful. I had a big difficulty to wear the lens and Jessie was just patient and helpful until I made it! Good atmosphere with high quality service. I recommend it.

The Dr was great and funny but they changes my glasses lenses and the quality is extremely bad. The sight is fine but it's like looking through a dirty window. And there's pattern of micro scratches on the entire lenses that is obviously caused by a machine or equipment. Waste of money im so disappointed.

Excellent customer service and support. I was able to test various contact lenses to see which fit the best and they did an excellent follow up with me. They gave me good advice for which type of lenses i should use based on my needs and it was always easy to talk to someone or have an appointment. I've seen tons of optometrists in my life and i can say that Voskins is by far the best!

Walked in to get lenses and my friend asked to get her glasses tightened/straightened at the same time. We were charged for the service 'because we didn't have a file' (despite opening one that day) and then that excuse changed to 'because we didn't buy the glasses there'. During the same time, another customer who said she got her glasses somewhere else got hers fixed for free. Doesn't feel good to not be treated equally. This is also the first store I ever see charge a potential customer for an adjustment that takes a couple minutes. Did not feel welcomed. EDIT: After the reply from the owner, I am happy I did not give this place my business. I had said I needed lenses for which you would charge me 180$ that day, meaning I had come into the store to give you my trust (but that didn't seem like it was enough). I ended up no-showing to my appointment because of what you did. For reader's FYI, basic lenses would cost you 180$ here. At three stores near the area, they will cost you at most 160$ (minimum 11% less). If service and price don't matter to you, Voskins is the place to go!
