Eyes On Main has a great selection of glasses and very friendly staff. They make me feel welcomed every time I visit, and I actually look forward to my next visit. I like that they have an alternative way to check my eye pressure without using the puff of air!

Conflicted with reviewing as my experience with staff is hit and miss and inconsistent. Dr. George is amazing and makes me want to return. I went in with scratches on my son's glasses just a couple months from getting the scratch resistent coating. The staff were seating at the back and were speaking very loudly and rudely of me....saying customers hear what they want to hear. I was ready to leave but the girl had son's glasses in her hand. I addressed her with what I heard and she waved her hand to say oh it's nothing. Was surreal. But other staff are super nice. I did get new lenses after all for my son with no issue.

The reviews are hit and miss here, so...I got the budget glasses(2 pair) and within a days the lenses fell out, they said they'd call when ready, two days later I was picking up a pair while dropping off my second pair for the same reason. It's been a year and a half, one pair (cheap metal) broke while "popping a lense's back in" and the second pair is a 3 time daily fix and repair....wont be back again!

I've pretty much always (with 1 exception) had a good experience here. I find Ray to be helpful and pleasant to deal with, and really enjoy the talks we have when I'm there. Leigh-Anne always does a good job, has a great disposition and really makes an effort to put the customer at ease and work with them.

Hello interested folks. Eyes on main is basically 2 businesses. Dr.Erick does an ok job although I have personally experienced and heard problems with accuracy when you get a Scrip done up via Raymonds Frame and Lenses side of their 2 man show. So not sure who to blame but I’d have to side that Erick could be a bit better. Glasses here have to be the best prices in North Bay. Raymond has always tried to make my problems right and at no extra cost. He seems to be a fair business man not looking to take advantage of others. I have not had such good luck dealing with his staff throughout the many years I’ve purchased glasses from him at the various locations here in the bay, so I tend to just visit only when Raymond is in. New budget frames selection has never been a problem although new items are not really advertised online. So visits are recommended when shopping around.(Free 2hr parking Downtown is a +) I would recommend getting glasses, contacts, or sunglasses here to others. Cheers.

Went there for an eye check up which i needed glasses the doctor there is good and staff is good too but i had to wait 2 weeks for my glasses i got them lenses was wrong and there was finger prints on my glasses theres other places where you can get them in 48 hours and they wont screw up your lense and theyll clean the glasses before giving it to you

This guy was a total mess. He was impatient and made reference to the lower class... I was treated poorly and I have no idea why. No on street parking.

These guys are awesome. I was away camping and lost my only pair of glasses, I was stuck not knowing how to pull my big trailer home. I was able to get my optometrist to email me my Rx so I could get contacts to tide me over. After "the big ones" like lenscrafters and hakim were rude and refused to even listen really, I called Eyes on Main. They were very friendly and helpful. She asked me to email my Rx and she would see what she could do. Called me first thing the next morning and told me a pair would be waiting at the front door for me. Picked them up and they didn't even charge me. Definitely recommend them.

I am officially a lifetime customer! Great service, friendly staff. My family optometrist whom I supported for 20 years completely left me in lurch with broken glasses. In desperation I called the good people at Eyes on Main and they had me in and out in under 30 minutes with brand new frames and only charged me $59! Thanks again "Eyes on Main" .
