It's a super market and has food, clothing, electronics and toys. Diner and lunches to go, sushi, bakery, deli, magazines, flowers, seasonal goods (shovels, gazebos and BBQ, etc). They also offer the option to do your grocery online and you simply pick it up.

Knew someone who used to work there. And they quit, they told me it was the greatest thing that they had ever done. Due to co-workers gossiping about what another person was doing wrong instead of telling them. Management treat cashier's lesser than, and accuses cashier's of something that has happened instead of taking the time to listen to both sides; supervisors act like they're management, and certain co-workers are bullied by both management and supervisors. And management and supervisors are unprofessional by point and laughing at other employees for something they did. As for me, I found the cashier's to be rude. People at costumer service have this click like atmosphere and are not very professional. Have over heard them a couple times talking about the cashier's there and mocking them, making fun of what they did. I don't get very good vibes from this place. I sure as hell would not want to work there.

This Superstore is conveniently located up in Bayer's Lake and has a little bit of everything you might need. Yummy meals to go right as you walk in and a fairly large seating area upstairs as there is in most Superstore locations where you can overlook the rest of the store. Usually pretty busy at peak times of day but offers everything you need for food, beauty, Joe fresh selection, electronics, stationary and home/garden. Pharmacy too! Ample amount of self scans available to those looking to avoid long lanes. Great spot to swing through and get most of your to-do list done.

This superstore has a major problem with people parking in the fire lane, but they do absolutely nothing to stop it. It is extremely difficult to cross the lane to the actual parking as you cannot see cars coming around the cars parked in the fire lane. Avoid!

With the addition of online shopping and pick up, this store has become even more useful for my family. Picking up my order is always easy, and the service is fantastic. My family also uses the pharmacy for our prescriptions, and we have never been disappointed. If you tried the Bedford Superstore, it is worth checking out.

We went to buy a bday cake for my daughter. We waited for about 10 minutes. I had to go to the customer service and the lady there had to page the bakery attendant who we learned went on her break. She could've at least put a sign by the display stand saying "nobody is here to help you. i went on my break."

Store usually has everything you need, pharmacy is great , workers on the floor are great but for some reason cashiers have been rude and felt rushed things just thrown around. This used to be my main grocery store before I moved to the North End, but sometimes I still come to the Main Street location just because I love the layout of this store much better than Trinity Drive. I find they have better selections of home & kitchen products, home decor, and Joe Fresh clothes too. Sometimes when I go there are empty rows of produce or not the freshest produce available, but the good outweighs the bad here. I also love accumulating PC plus points and find it easy to do so. Great store!

A big store with lots of items on sale regularly. Prices are quite cheap, this place can be really busy at times.

Terrible service. Any questions we asked were met with a shrug and half hearted answer. They had a small selection of salads and none of them were fresh looking or had any real redeeming qualities. Their deli's food was overcooked and they didn't offer any extras (napkins or sauce) and had them hidden in an inaccessible spot. The store also looked old and looks like it hasn't been upgraded or redecorated in almost 10 years. Just seemed like a bargain supermarket and low selection.

pretty much the same as most superstore, but two things stick out to me. the poor quality of produce, and the signage. 1. the produce, it seems every trip into here I see something moldy on display in the produce section. Bagged apples have been very bruised and in one bag a apple was rotten, brown and mushy, but hidden in the bag, apples oranges, berries, greens have all been found moldy or withered and on display. 2. when looking for things in the isles the signs that hang above the isle are different on each side, i get that it keeps you in the store longer but it is frustrating when trying to find stuff. if you need good produce thankfully petes is just across the road

Favourite Nova Scotian grocery store. Cheap, good deals on stuff that may be approaching a best beforw date (50% off). While the selection of veggies and other items can wildly vary on location, i find its generally superior in quality in price on what they have in stock. Sobeys has more options, but quality in my experience is not as good, and they often charge more for the same brands atlantic sells.

My go-to place for authentic Chinese sauces and ingredients. Happy they carry T&T brand Asian foods as well as the best Chinese dumplings in the freezer section. Overall, the store is clean and well organized. Also like the clearance items and foods you can get and save in the freezer. One downside is that I find the produce isn't always the best quality and can be expensive.

This is the full size Superstore in Miramichi. Really good selection of everything. Store was clean and well organized. We found everything we went in for. They could have had a few more cashiers on but we made it through in decent time.

Our 2nd visit to this store since moving here. First visit we were surprised to find out at the cashier that certain fruits (cantaloupe and pears) were sold by weight contrary to the other grocery stores in the area. You're attracted by the posted price, but in small print it shows by weight. On my second visit to purchase only a bag coffee beans, I arrive at the cashier and ask her to pay the coffee beans with my PC Points, but am told that to use $20 of my points I had to purchase for more than $20. If I made past purchases and accumulate money (points) I should have the freedom of utilizing them when I see fit, not the store. Needless to say I will find a way to spend my last PC Points before switching to another store in the area, as I do have a great selection of them.

Cashier was not great. Rang my items through, then set a plastic bag on top of my goods and turned to talk to another cashier. I had to reach over the payment terminal to bag my items and slide them down. Was slightly annoyed. Then got to my destination afterwards and the $9 fruit box I bought smelled funny and had little white balls all over. So no snacks for the kids. Overall poor experience.

I am extremely pleased with this superstore location. As a student who frequently shops on Tuesdays to get their student discount combined with pccpoints, it's not uncommon for us to save 30$ per visit. This location is fully stocked with a natural foods section, massive selection of greens and vegetables and frequent deals. It's objectively cheaper than Sobeys as well. Parking is good and there is a great selve kiosk section that keeps the lines down too.

Clean and modern store. Good selection of products. Love the fresh ready-to-eat salads. Strange system with wine sales. If casher is under 19, they have to call an adult to ring the wine up as they're not allowed to touch it. That holds up the line and makes you stand out from the crowd... Maybe open a separate alcohol friendly check out or just don't sell it at all.

It's a great place for regular weekly shopping for groceries. I have been doing shopping here since I moved to Halifax. There products are new and fresh, I do buy fish here, they have great sales, but their price are high overall, I hope they consider the price match and market competition with other stores. Or at least if they put more items on sale weekly in order to attract more customers. For the customer service, it's a good place especially when you see they are approaching you with smiles once you need them. The self cash is always available here which I like it and if you even need a cashier, they will help you in a friendly manner. Great diversity of choice with a decent amount of International options for the region. Prices is comparable to competitors but they often have 50% discount on items that needs to be consumed within the day on meat, vegetable and breads which is perfect for cost conscious families. Would get a 5 star if it wasn't that the lines up for the cash are too often too long. They hope to increase the use of self checkout but they'd offer better customer service by opening extra lanes at peak times.

I was at the stor this evening and purchased some groceries decided to use my MasterCard as I collect air miles twice I ran my card and it was denied?? The cashier in a nice loud voice let's all around me know that my card is denied and than says in a loud voice "have I any money to use on my credit card"!! I am not sure what was wrong with your machine but my MasterCard was not overdrawn and I did not appreciate the cashier being so rude I will not be shopping at Atlantic Superstore again the service is very low standard, I won't be back again.

I love the superstore but my sister fell in the main St one on a puddle of water that was not marked and was reported to staff by customers. The staff ignored her until she was helped by a customer then they wanted us to stand there so no one else would fall no apology was made so we no longer shop there the water was from a leak in the roof which they knew of and made no attempt to clean it up.

I really like superstore but I have not had great experiences at this location. A lot of normal items are sometimes not stocked. Produce is not always fresh and is not suitable to purchase. But the worst is the cash experience. Only 2 registers open with huge lines in the middle of the day. And I've never had a friendly cashier. No greeting, no smile, nothing just rude.

Extremely rude employees who think it's acceptable to scold customers for how items were placed on the line. The entire reason things are disorganized on the line is because the employees are just standing there with the line idle. Customers are forced to put things in front of what was already there. Happened to the customer at the cash beside me too so it seems like a store policy. Really disgusting behaviour and if that's the way it's going to be I will go to Sobeys I guess. Employees waited until the payments cleared before scolding us too so to make sure we wouldn't leave our hundreds of dollars of purchases there for them to deal with. Very displeased with my experience tonight.

I shop here because it is close to me but I do have a complaint. The produce section is not always the freshest... Over the summer I was trying to buy sweet peppers, (the 3 that come in a bag) and the ones that were left had mold on them.. I find produce to be an issue for most stores but that really did it for me. Now I just double check anything I try to buy fresh or get it elsewhere.

I always go to superstore over sobeys!!! I am on assistance and I did not get my check for January I am getting it by the end of the week, tho my worker had given me a 25$ food voucher to get me through until then. I had called the superstore before going down there because I dont have photo I.D I do have a photo copy of my photo I.D and other I.D as well and they had specifically said on the phone that as long as the address matches on the voucher and my white card I'm good to go so me and my animals can get by until the end of the week So I go down there and my address dit not match on my photo I.D I could not use the voucher. THEY DID NOT SAY ON THE PHONE THAT PHOTO I.D HAD TO MATCH AS WELL. Not very happy at all and very hungry as well. This was your typical Superstore in New Brunswick staff by friendly Maritimers. The shelves were mostly well-stocked. Except for me and the main purpose of my visit. They did not have the large packages of the Blue menu unsalted roasted pistachios for my sun conure, which are his favorite treat. So I only picked up one small pack. Going through the cash was another relatively quick and friendly experience.

This is a Mixed review as I love going there but I have one issue and its because they can't change a few things to accommodate their store. I use to be an only Sobeys fan but Atlantic Superstore has step up and now they have become my favorite place. A little bit is convenience as I lived extremely close by however if I was not satisfied I wouldn't go there. They have great displays. A great point system Optimum points. All food is nicely displayed. Fruit and vegetables always very nice. The service desk is always willing to make your concerns right. They do something to please you if you have difficulties. It could be a simple as not finding an item or the price . They always make it right for you. I shop there almost 4 to 5 times a week. Great choices and Helpful. The only thing is they cant make their own decisions. We eat free range or organic chicken. We like to buy their BBQ chicken often. They advertise the free range one but not at suppertime. I said that is when people want to buy a BBQ chicken. They said if you want the free range you have to order in advance. How silly..mostly all people buy them spontaneously and usually when they don't feel like cooking. They said the free range didn't sell at suppertime. However when I ordered for one at suppertime they made 3 and they were sold in 2 minutes and people wanted to buy the one I had requested. They had to hide it so I could get mine. So these chickens would sell if they made them at suppertime. I know that and proved it to them. However they still can't do it because HQ says NO. So Mixed review for them.

I am a Costco guy. BUT Costco doesn't have everything! I appreciate the health station at superstore. It has a blood pressure monitor, a scale, and a body-fat % sensor. Plus you can log in and track statistics. I us it everytime I'm in Superstore. Prices are comparable to anywhere else generally speaking and anything Costco doesn't have, Superstore does!

I only shop Superstore as it is the only store which I can walk to. In comparison to the Joseph Howe location it is inferior due to an inferior selection of merchandise, especially in the meat department. Poor layout and placement of specials is confusing. The staff is extremely unhelpful that's when you can find someone. I am visually impaired and need a white cane which makes shopping there more of a challenge. The floor staff have time to talk to other employees; however if I am unable to find an item My request is treated as if it is an extreme inconvenience!!!! When I am going through the checkouts my white cane is visible, but it never fails the cashiers ask "how are you paying for this" without telling me how much it costs. When I then ask what the total is with my cane visible their look is one of are you stupid or illiterate. I find all of these incidences very insulting and degrading. I don't expect anything will change but I wanted to let others know my feelings.

This place has gotten so bad over the years, dirty cluttered, shelves are never stocked. Only two cashes open at night and the you scan, but the you scan has on person there to serve the customer in case of problems. This person talks as if she is in a social gathering and not at work. I waited 10 full minutes for service for a product that was not scanning and she was over chatting with someone she happened to know....Lousy service....One of the two cashiers on duty last night was outstanding and I told her she is wasting her skill working at Superstore.... I had a very positive experience with the pharmacy a few short weeks ago & as well, today the man was not only friendly & polite, but VERY, very helpful. Extremely helpful. I stopped and asked the STORE EMPLOYEE that was coming up the aisle the WRONG WAY if directional travel was a thing of the past. I was told they were doing renovations and took them up. They've been doing this reno for many weeks and no sign of it ending anytime soon. I am not a pandemic centred person but there are things in place for a reason... at least for now. I just got fed up and left... everyone makes choices. I now choose another place to shop. Stay safe and follow the guidelines.
