I received a call yesterday to bring my daughter to her apt 10 mins before and I did. When I arrived there was no one at the entrance so I waited. Maybe a minute or less later the receptionist walked up the the table and stared at me and said "what?" I was confused by her introduction and I responded by saying "umm my daughter has an apt?" And she continued to huff and say well what her name?" Like she was annoyed by me!? I was so shocked at how she was treating me that there was an awkward silence as I was processing what was happening!!! My daughter ended up answering the question! This receptionist was soo rude! If my daughter wasn't here I definitely would have told her a piece of my mind! That is not how you treat customers! The doctor and other ladies are super nice! But this one needs to find another job where she doesn't have to interact with customers!
The doctors are super nice, the receptionists, however, are another story. Especially this young, blond woman; incredibly condescending. I've had 2 different interactions with her, and both were unpleasant. One day she'll fall on the wrong customer and I hope she learns from it.

Will NEVER go back there. Waited 25 minutes for my exam with Nada Ghazel. Another appointment with Felix Bernier-Turmel, again waited 25 minutes in the exam room and walked away. Wrote to both of them, here are the letters:. To: Nada Ghazel; I did not appreciate you being 25 minutes late for my eye exam appointment that was scheduled at Noon 25 October 2021. Egotistical people make others wait for them, it nurture their ego and makes them feel more important. If you need to spend more time with your patients, I suggest you schedule a longer session with each person, for as long as required in order for you to respect other people’s time. One’s session should not cut on another patient’s allocated time schedule. In summary if you need to spend an hour with a client DO NOT book 30 minutes appointments. Went here yesterday to get a specific type of glasses for my son. Make sure you book an appointment before you get there, else they will not be able to serve you. They had a 2-for-1 sale, even for more expensive frames and lenses like we had to get. They were kind, patient and don't waste your time. I'll take some current pics on my next visit when we pick up the glasses. We were told they would be take 10-15 days to process.
I schedule an appointment, they give me a timing, And tell me to get there a bit in advance because I have some paperwork. I actually get there before the appointment, but f4t grumpy lady tells me I'm late. Even if she's right, I would only be 5 minutes late. She repeats the time of the appointment to me twice with a condescending tone. Oh is this how you're going to treat me? I look around, I'm the only client there on a Tuesday morning. Formerly Miosis, my family and I have been coming here for years! First time back in a while..same doctor, not sure of the staff. I was a bit 'flustered' as I was a few minutes late due to an unforeseeable event.. the initial eye testing machine did not seem to be working and they had to reboot. I was asked to switch to the other machine keep my eye on the black square in the middle and click when I saw the waves lines. I realized a bit into the test that the black square had moved.. I felt distracted as there was a lot of conversation happening around me about the problem with the other machine..I moved my head away to communicate my confusion and was told to put my head back in place to continue..I was concerned the test would be inaccurate to which I was told not to worry it would be fine. I asked to restart as I wanted an accurate result. I was told they didn't have time for that..to which I replied yeah yeah, but its not going to be accurate.. he mocked me replying "yeah yeah". I felt his response was uncalled for and got up, said I was leaving and left. I understand I was a few minutes late, this was beyond my control..I did not appreciate the way in which I was addressed n'or dismissed. I will not be returning, neither will my family.

Went to get an eye exam and to shop for new glasses, everyone was extremely friendly. Chanelle was especially helpful in looking for new frames.

Nice place to visique, but I wouldn't want to live there.
Before the change in ownership I helped my elderly mom purchase new glasses. After 13 months we noticed a major defect in the lens glass. My mom went back and they acknowledged the glass was defective but could not replace them because the guarantee was only for a year. I called to request that they replace the lenses anyway because it was clear they are defective. They said nothing could be done because the warranty was expired. Check their policy on defective lenses before you buy!
