(Original) Je suis un nouvel arrivant et, suite à un problème de vision inquiétant j'ai contacté un peu par hasard le 1er optométriste que j'ai trouvé sur google, et sincèrement j'ai pas été déçu, j'ai été très bien accueilli, presque pas d'attente et on m'a gentiment offert un café, ensuite la responsable est arrivée et s'est occupé de mon cas en profondeur, plus de 2h20mn de tests et de questions sur mon cas ! Ayant un frère médecin ophtalmologue dans mon pays, celui la a été bien content de constater le professionnalisme de la responsable qui lui a même parlé au téléphone pour verifier quelques détails sur mes antécédents médicaux. Merci à toute l'équipe et spécialement à Mme Marie Josée pour son dévouement et sa gentillesse. Je ne manquerai pas de revenir chez elle à l'avenir et de la recommander pour tout mon entourage. I would give a 0 star but is not possible. No service incompetent employees. They never offer a solution to my problems. Gave the wrong prescription contact lenses for my 12 year old . Always calls the wrong number , didn’t apologize for not contacting , kept arguing with me that they did there job . Lost a lot of my precious time going there and communicating for nothing Suggest to find another optometrist. Very upset. I guess that they don’t care for the health of their patients specially kids.
