The only advise I have is to not take Elders here. Took my 91 yr old dad here September 2020...extremely disappointed with the impatient eye doctor...he came out of his office with dad and told me dad was confused...my dad suffers from Parkinsons and dementia. He said he would call last place dad got his eye exam and will see him at a later date after reviewing his file. Waited 1 month...I called them and they told me they hadn't received his file yet. Afterwards I called many times and they always tell me they will call me back. We had paid the fees and never got a call or refund.

I have to be completely honest , I normally don’t write reviews, however this place is definitely an interesting experience. If you don't have a choice I guess they are okay but they are expensive and not very accommodating at all .When confronted with this they actually say if you don’t like it we encourage you to go elsewhere. Unbelievable, I have never seen customer service like this in my entire life. They really don’t care for your business or else they would actually make that extra effort. I deal with customer all the time and making our customers happy keeps them coming back. If you don't then you loose business.
