I had my prescription for the glasses and the frame, I was not a clientele of Duncan's and they are the only ones who were able to get my glasses in 48 hours. Their customer service is exceptional, very human and prompt. Although they did not have a profit to do with me, they helped me and I am very grateful to them. I recommend them without hesitation! J'avais ma prescription pour les verres et la monture, je n'étais pas une clientèle de chez Duncan et ce sont les seuls qui ont pu me procurer mes lunettes en 48h. Leur service à la clientèle est exceptionnel, très humain et rapide. Bien qu'ils n'aient pas eu de profit à faire avec moi, ils m'ont aidée et je leur en suis très reconnaissante. Je les recommande sans hésitation!

Just got a pair of glasses there in August and had a hard time adjusting to the change. After two months I went to Iris opticians and they looked at my glasses. First thing they noticed was the anti-reflective coating I paid to have added at Duncan was delaminating and peeling off ! Next, they checked the prescription I had made at Duncan after I gave them a copy of it and told me that the lenses were NOT cut to agree with the actual numbers written on the prescription Duncan had given me. I took this opportunity to have my eyes tested at Iris while I was there and the testing took over an hour. They had much more advanced eye testing machines for the eyes and after all of it was completed the prescription they provided was much different from the one I had obtained from Duncan. Iris told me that the lenses I had made by Duncan were far too strong on my left eye and not correct on the right eye either. These are your EYES .....you would think they would be more diligent ! Do yourself and your eyes, a favour and go to Iris, if you want it done right.

The optometrist detected a mole in my right eye and promptly referred me to a retina specialist who did the usual checks. Duncan eyewear offers a wide range of frames and I was very well advised on the type of corrective lenses and frames that suit me. Duncan Eyewear also offers a very good after-sales service. I make adjustments to my frames as needed and had a branch that was still under warranty replaced. I highly recommend this company. Le service y est très professionnel et courtois. L'optométriste a détecté un grain de beauté dans mon œil droit et m'a référé promptement à un spécialiste de la rétine qui a fait les vérifications d'usage. Lunetterie Duncan offre un large éventail de montures et m'a très bien conseillé sur le type de verres correcteurs et de montures qui me conviennent. Lunetterie Duncan offre aussi un très bon service après-vente. J'y fais faire des ajustements à mes montures au besoin et ai fait remplacer une branche qui était encore sous garantie. Je recommande fortement cette entreprise.
