Ordered two set of glasses in store: one for far distance ($199.98) and one for reading with ultra-light crystals and all the options they offered me ($229.98). Very disappointed as the ultra light pair had crystals as thick as the regular ones that I had before, which I bought for less than $50 in Clearly.ca a couple years ago. I had to complain to two different technicians to have my money back. Both assured me that the crystals I've got (about 7mm thick) were the ultra thin I paid for), which only raised my outrage as I have another old pair that has less than 5mm thickness. Once I've got the full refund, I ordered my sets at Clearly, and not only I paid half the price and received 4mm thick polycarbonate crystals, but also I had a better overall purchasing experience... So I can say that I am very happy buying online at Clearly and I won't ever buy again at COSTCO my glasses.

1 star because there’s no zero stars. I would never visit the optical department again. Very rude, very offensive, very bad attitude against customers. Don’t try save money by visiting costco optical. Just pay a few more dollars for a better customer service somewhere else.

I had a really good experience shopping for glasses here. I had my eye exam at a different eyeglasses store but decided to buy glasses at Costco because I thought it would be more affordable and I trust their brand. They have some really great selection here with lots of name brands and a great variety of styles at great prices. The lady who helped me was very knowledgable about what styles would look good with my face shape/size, and helped me to understand how to choose glasses that fit me right. She was honest about glasses that didn’t quite look good on me and I had confidence in the pair that I did end up choosing. I was really impressed and the whole experience was really nice.

Came today(Dec 22)in the evening to adjust frame on my glasses.Clerk took them and ended up overheating lense coating ...right lense got web looking pattern(crazing) I can't use my glasses anymore.No apologies. She ended up telling me that is time to buy a new ones...Seriously?...

I have the word perscription 4.5 and 6.5 and 2 designer frames eith lenses were still under $500 which means really cheap for regular peepers......also huge discoubts on prices

Get your prescription here, but visit the other Costco’s to fill it. The waiting time for front desk service is just awful.

Very unfriendly staff, bad customer service. I went with my kids and they made the kids very uncomfortable. They get irritated if you don’t like the frames! I don’t advise anyone of going there.

A bald headed gentleman in the Vision Center made a rude comment mocking my last name. My family member was offended because he did not say it in a joking manner at all, but we shrugged it off. My glasses weren't adjusted very well and I'm going to have to take them to my optometrist to have it done properly, likely voiding the warranty. It's sad that in today's world, employees have to belittle you to make themselves feel good. Not coming back if he is working.

I have been 2 times to get them adjusted and they still fall out. To believe that they sold me a pair of glasses which have too long branches. Finally 2 days ago my glasses fell off again and this time they were scratched. They tell me that they are not responsible for the falls of glasses ... Well let's see! It's normal that your glasses fall off just when you put on your shoes !!! (Original) Je suis d'accord avec les autres commentaires. Très mauvais service après-vente. Mes lunettes ont été mal ajustée, dès le début mes lunettes tombait de mon nez juste en attachant mes souliers. J'ai été à 2 reprises pour les faire ajuster et ils tombent toujours. A croire qu'ils mon vendu une paire de lunette qui a des branche trop longue. Finalement il y a 2 jours mes lunettes sont encore tombé et cette fois ils ont été égratigné. Ils me disent qu'ils be sont pas responsable des chutes de lunettes...Ben voyons ! C'est normal que tes lunettes tombent juste à mettre tes souliers !!!

The eye exam seemed way too fast (15 mins?). Ended up with the same prescription I received 6-7 years ago. Which doesn't make sense because I have much more trouble seeing things even with my prescription eye wear. I'm not confident they perform a thorough examination.
