A very nice store for your DIY projects material. They dont stock a wife variety of wood unfortunately. Always very friendly people that went out of their way to help. Would definitely be back to your store!

Pretty much whatever you need when building a house or just doing a renovation for the kitchen or bathroom. Huge parking lot with free parking. Can usually find a staff person who can guide you to the correct isle for an item. I would recommend this place.

This is definitely the worst Kent I've been to, and as a contractor I have been to many different locations in the Atlantic provinces. Today I spent 35 minutes waiting for some one to come unlock the wheelbarrows I went in twice and called once and no one came.so after 35 minutes, I went in and returned the wheelbarrows that I had paid for but never got and went to home hardware to purchase some (they were great! Not a big selection, but I had my 2 wheelbarrows in less than 5 minutes) So in short, this Kent sucks and I will not be going back, to waste 35 minutes if my time and my 15 employees that may be waiting for me to return with supplies.

We get our pellets here for our pellet stove and cheat too, harebay hardware cost over $7.99 a bag here at Kent's it's only $5.49 a bag now that's a deal you cannot beat! will be buying here from now on.if you want deals this is the place to be :-)

Wasn't Impressed! Went to buy a vanity, we found the one we wanted, had it brought up to the till only to be told it was on hold for someone. Why is it still on the shelf to take if it's on hold??? The customer service rep was kinda rude about it.

If I could rate this store a zero I would. My husband are children and I went into this store August 4 th to be followed around like we were criminals. This was are first time being in this store as we are new to the province and Gander. Finally my husband told the lady we didn't need to be followed if we needed help we would find her . This is very disappointing experience

Service was terrible, there’s about 6 people going around with white hats on , no one on duty on Sunday to operator a forklift, but they got white hats on not a good service. Had to leave with half of materials because one could operator a forklift even though they got white hats. Get your staff trained properly.

Most items are overpriced. Very difficult to find a staff member to help you. Check your sales slip, chances are you have been overcharged. If you get a rain check for an item, don't hold your breath waiting for the item. You could die waiting.

Staff are extremely slow to help. I was told I could get some boards cut here and waited 30 min for the person to cut them. Then he went on break and his counterpart told me I'd have to wait another 15. Needless to say I left and went to castle

Gander location. So, we just walked around like chickens with our heads off, couldn't get help to save your life. Even stood in front of a help counter, and were totally ignored, while they turned to help people who came after us. Felt like I was in one of those movies, where you've died, and you don't know it, and nobody can see you. When we loudly asked for such and such a door, buddy pointed to the area where the doors were.(we already knew where the doors were) There was a time they practically chased you down trying to help. Or maybe that's just home depot. So annoyed.
