When I couldn't get into my optometrist that I had been going to for 15+ years on short notice downtown optometry went above and beyond to fit me in that day! Dr. Etsell was an absolute joy for my entire exam and was so knowledgeable and friendly. Mitchell helped me pick out glasses that look and feel fantastic and made the normally stressful experience for me an absolute breeze. I cannot wait to go back and get more exams and glasses in the future.

I have been going to this optometry clinic for over decade (since before the change to Downtown Optometry Clinic.) I always have excellent interactions with the staff. Everyone has been patient and friendly with my children. My eye care has been excellent. Dr. Bartlett is an excellent optometrist, and her customer service is wonderful as well.

I have been going to see Dr. Smith at the Downtown Optometry Clinic my entire life. I have also seen Dr. Mulherin and my husband has seen Dr. Bartlett. I have consistently been impressed with the teams professionalism and ability to get the products that are exactly right for me. They are friendly, accessible, and supportive. The rates at Downtown Optometry are extremely reasonable and have an impressive collection of frames. I once went to Costco because I heard that they might have lower prices on contacts but ended up back at Downtown Optometry after the opticians at Costco tried tried to give me products and change my prescription in a way that would have ended up causing eye strain. It's important to have competent professionals taking care of your eye health and that's absolutely the case with the team members at Downtown Optometry!

I have been tending eye exams here for at least 5 or 6 years now and I wanted to report how incredible the staff is. Each and every person I have dealt with at the front desk has been a delight to interact with. I have my appointments done with Dr Bartlett and she is always a pleasure to visit. She is super friendly and really dives into everything she does when checking your eyes and you always learn so much when you're done your appointment. Anyway, I just wanted to boast about the best optometry clinic in town(dare I even say the world?) ????

I have been a client of Downtown for close to 30 years. Always had a great experience up until recently. In the last 2 weeks I've stopped in twice for an adjustment and nose pads. The first time, they didn't have time for me. The second they did, but both visits I was meant to feel like a bother. No hello was given on either occasion. In fact just a sour look and a sigh of contention. Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

I recently went to downtown for an eye exam, the optometrist quickly realized I had dry eyes which had never been diagnosed before and recommended extremely affordable solutions. Their optician, Mitchell was a dream to work with in order to help choose a new pair of frames. I went back a few weeks later to order a second pair of glasses and Mitchell was once again extremely helpful. I now have two pairs of glasses I love and an optometry team who cares about me and my eye health. Highly reccomend.
