I visite the Eye center in Thickwood today for an yearly exam. My first visite was great and friendly. All staff is very professional. Dr Mais carefully did my exam and answer my questions. I was looking for a specific frame so I submit a picture of what I was looking for. to Dr Mais and a very nice person named Tayler came back to me with 8 different frame very similar to the one I was looking for so yes, I highly recommend the Eye Center in Thickwood, great service, great people, great place to find what your looking for. They also have a direct invoicing to major insurance company. Thumbs up and thank you!

I have been going to thickwood vision for several years now and it’s been a pleasant experience every time yet my most recent visit was anything but. I went in to get a pair of glasses fixed (for the second time) as it wasn’t an easy repair and was lectured and given attitude by one of the front desk ladies and told it takes two people to fix. It’s disappointing to expect the same friendly customer service but are met with unwelcoming staff members.

One of the ladies had her mind set and she was not going to even try to fix a warranty issue. Now I have to come up with a fix myself, glasses 2 weeks old.

Amazing staff! I used to go to the Eye centre in Stoneycreek and the optometrist did not care and was horrible at patient/ doctor relation, so I decided to try this eye centre and they were so good! Great service!!! Dr. Syverson is very patient and thorough with great explanations on why my eyes are not great and the opticians were also very nice and explained every pre-exam on why they were doing it. Love this place! Definitively go see Dr. Syverson!

I spent a lot of money on glasses that I cannot wear. I have complained about it and they tried fixing and it just got worst. I work hard for my money to have over$1000 to go to waste is heartbreaking

Dr. Syverson is awesome. She's very in depth, explains everything throughly and is honest about what you need and don't need. It's a shame there aren't more doctors like her around!

Warning Alert!!! I have problem with claim of my insurance claim secure with the receipt the date that on receipt too early than 2 years count calendar. It was early 2 week but actually pickup glasses day date my insurance want updated date receipt. I try spoke with them no correct the new date. This is within only 2 weeks. So i totally disappointed with this service. No friendly and i absolutely no recommendation to anyone that cannot sure about their claim before go there. Once u pay they not respond after that. Since i check before cut the glasses with them but claim secure have to pay money infront and claim with receipt. I no choice to pay.

The staff were not only friendly and nice, but exceeded my expectations immensely. I came in today with eyesight results from a different optometrist office and they helped me purchase my first ever pair of glasses. I only support brands that do not test on animal, so it proved to be an extremely difficult task in finding brands that are cruelty free. I was in for about an hour and the two girls working the receptionist office were actually helping me Google and find out which brands I could and could not wear. I would recommend this place OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Thank you so much for all of your help.
