I bought 6 pairs of glasses from wal mart. (Not cheap). 5 pairs fell apart in less than 3 months. They didn't sell the head strap for my little one. They told me I had to order online. But couldn't tell me where. They gave me cases that were too small for the kids glasses. They also didn't set up any further appointments for my children and now I have to pay out of pocket for 2 more eye exams elsewhere so my kids can get referral for surgeries. I went to get the glasses fixed, and she told me she had repaired them but 2 pairs were falling apart again by dinner. I finally went elsewhere. Where I was helped and not treated like I was bothering them. I was also informed that the glasses my youngest has are too small for him. Do they not know what they are doing?I will never go back there again. Big waste.
