This place is just phenomenal. I went there to go get my glasses for the first time they were very friendly the staff was very pleasant. I will recommend this place to anyone if it's your first time getting an eye exam or just picking up new glasses this is the place to go !!!! I love my new glasses thank you so much! !!

Fast service, I ordered my reading glasses about a week ago got them a week later. All my questions and cocerns were answered in a timing manner. To sum this review up it was fast and easy in and out i would recommend anyone to vist your local sterling optical.

Sterling Optical in the Main Place Mall is one of the best places to get your glasses. I've been with them for about 7 years now. I usually go to the Sterling Optical in Tonawanda and they left a sour taste in my mouth so I was disappointed when I found out Sterling Optical is one of the few places to accept my new insurance. The buffalo location was a much better experience. Dr. Bionio? Was super friendly and thourough and took the time to answer all of my questions. The lady working the desk was also super helpful and they have restored my faith in Sterling Optical. I will be driving out of my way to go to this location from now on.
