Fantastic service! Took a Rx there from another eye doctor and they were able to fill it for me no questions asked. Had a much better selection of glasses and some great deals as well. They were super helpful in helping me pick out some new frames and got them (and my new lenses for my old frames) ordered in record time! And when I couldn’t get out of work on time they even stayed late at the shop to accommodate me! Super super people! Would highly recommend :)

The staff at Smith Optical have always been top notch in my books but they went above and beyond for me when they replaced my glasses which were broken during my volleyball game on the weekend before I left for my vacation to Australia and New Zealand. I phoned their Mom at home and she tracked Adrienne down. Adrienne met me at the store on the weekend and fitted my lenses into a new frame. Later in the evening Cheryl called me at home and apologized that it had taken so long for her to return my call. Thank you so much ladies for everything that you did to make sure that I had glasses to fully enjoy my trip down under. Laurie Fuaco????????

When looking for a new optomestrist I called Smith OVC and explained why we were changing from our current one. I gave the doctors name. When we arrived at the appointment, it was our optometrist, moonlighting in another office. I asked the receptionist why he did that? He simply looked at me and smirked. Not at all professional. Completely unimpressed. My optometrist took my oldest dr (with a different last name than me) before her younger brother who was scheduled first. Totally not happy.

They also took the time to present a variety of frames so my son would feel comfortable choosing the correct frames for him. That's not easy for a 15 year old boy! My Oma Johanna Hoogervorst visited the Smith Optical in Port Colborne a couple of weeks ago with problems with her hearing aides. She spoke to Cheryl and she suggested to send the hearing aides to the factory to see whether they would still honor the warranty which my Oma would never have thought of. My Oma received brand new hearing aides within a couple of weeks which work absolutely wonderfully and didn’t cost a penny. My Oma is very grateful to have had Cheryl help her and says she gave impeccable service.

The service was great! Very helpful and professional. Covid protocols were followed the entire time, from screening, to plastic chair covers and seen those that work there sanitize everything from the furniture when someone left to anything that was touched. The eye exam was easy and the optometrist was very nice. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Very satisfied

I finally decided to have my hearing tested , as people were tired of hearing me saying PARDON? when I did not hear what a friend was saying. I had very good service , with no pressure to purchase. The price is the same as others for hearing products but with hearing products there are numerous visits involved before I adjusted to my new appliance. The only thing I didn't like was that you have to purchase batteries for your new hearing aid. I would rather Free batteries than other perks. Even with the perks, I would throw one in as you are paying 3 to 6 thousand dollars for your hearing aid. This way they would get more business. What's another $200 off the price when you are already making money? However, I do appreciate the closeness to home.

This is far the best place to get your eye test and glasses. Very clean and professional. Covid rules followed to a "T". They are very friendly and helpful. My eye test was easy, and she explained every question I asked in a language I can understand. When picking out my glasses she was very patient and worked with me until I chose the glasses I wanted. When picking up my glasses the process was fast, and they made sure I was happy before I left. If I can add more stars to the rating I would. Thanks again for helping and being patient with me.
