Not a good service. Told me that my glasses will be ready for 3 days, but I had to wait two weeks and they even didn't call me.

I am very happy with my purchase, that's was very tough decision to select eye glasses frame for me, it should be perfect. Hakim Optical made my life so easy due to the too much varieties and shapes , it was easy for me to select my choice. I am very pleased and will continue to shop only with Hakim Optical. if you really wants high end product, at least visit to Hakim Optical

Called a couple days ago to book an appointment for an eye test and the lady on the other line was rude and unhelpful. Visited them today with cash in pocket to order 2 pairs of glasses. After 15 minutes with multiple employees and 1 customer (who left within 5 minutes), my girlfriend and I didn't even hear so much as a "hello". Finally approached the desk to ask about contacts and got a pretty "brush off" answer. Very poor service. Eyewear is already overpriced as it is, go somewhere that actually wants to help you.

"LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEED" - Really?? As soon as I stepped in, a lady asked me - what was I looking for? I told her that I was looking for a pair of glasses for work. She gave me the lowest price ($300) before even showing me what they got. I felt bad. Just got my new glasses from clearly and they cost me $156 and they are awesome.

My glass came out of frame. Took it there to pop it in. They looked at it and said its not fixable. Now I wear glasses for 45 years and knew for sure that all they needed to do was to use the the tool they have to pop it in but they didn't or couldn't !! only possible reasons could be lack of basic knowledge/skill or may be there was no big $$ in it. Took it to "eyewear studio" across the street and got it fixed in 30 seconds. What is the point if fancy store in great location if you don't have the " basic skill " or "ethics"( if the reason was $$).

I have gotten my glasses here for many years now and they have always been extremely helpful and friendly. They try to work within your benefits plan to get you the most for your coverage. This year I tried progressive lenses and struggled with them. The staff were incredibly helpful and made adjustments for me so that the glasses worked for my needs.

Girl in the store was helpful and knowledgeable in finding a pair of glasses that looked good. but the glasses themselves feel like cheaper quality than the dollar store. No actual sizes to choose from like other stores. I wish I had've saved my money and went to a different optical store. Even the slightest movement and my glasses fall down on my face. They are too big and too loose. I constantly have to push them up and back in place. Will never purchase from here again.

Absolutely the worst service and the worst glasses. I have spent over $2300 for my glasses in the last eight months. One of my glasses didn’t fit probably right from the beginning they had to adjust them three times immediately after getting them (of course considering Covid was involved didn’t help ) the glasses fall right off my face onto the floor if I so much is tilt my face forward. I have brought them back three times and three times they have attempted to adjust them to no avail. I have called the main office to complain. They blew me off and sent me back to the store who do nothing about it. I vowed to never ever ever ever ever go back to hawk I’m optical Go anywhere else but not go to HAWKIM. Do not waste your hard earned money. Very cheap glasses. A couple of the workers seem nice but they still don’t fix the problem one of the ladies there is very short andBlows you off. Again don’t do it goes anywhere else but not HAWKIM Optical

I purchased prescription glasses from Hakim in the past and wanted them to reveal my PD measurement this time. After consultation with head quarters they want $30 for disclosing the info (that is with 20% discount). Bunch of crooks! Stay away from this place...I will.

Go elsewhere to get your glasses...it has taken about 4 weeks to get my glasses after I was told I would be 7-10 days. Go to Lens Crafters, your glasses will be ready in 30 minutes, not 30 days.
