Would not mail eyeglasses after I was unable to travel after heart surgery during a pandemic. Rather than mail them, they had them disassembled. I will never use them again.

I went to pick up my daughter's at 12:15pm on the website I checked hours it says open 830 to 5 so it was odd that it was closed 12 to 1:30 for lunch on door. I had to sit with my child out in the heat for over a hour. ????????????

Doctor is good but nurse customer service I have ever had in my life..... Will NEVER go here again.she said you’re INDEPENDENT HEALTH insurance covers it for that.

Could I give them a zero stars??? Staff is rude!!! The girl that does the eye exams was extremely rude....waited an hour to be seen when I was the only one there when I arrived and everyone that came after me was taken first....terrible!!!!!!!

My Family and I been going here my whole life for glasses im 40 yrs of age now????. I even ended bringing my 2 children here... Sadly to say they made a mistake and kick me and my 12 yr old son out there clinic. I spent a lot of money over the years and can't believe how we got treated.. customers always right doesn't apply here the nurses are rude. The doctors great but not worth the headache.. I don't refer this place to anyone look how they treated me I've been going there since I was 10.. smh

I'm a long time patient/ customer and family of this establishment .... March 31,2021 I went to pickup my glasses which I have been waiting for a month or more because I had ask for blue tint which someone must of been color blind and kept putting purple tint which I went their 3 times and they wouldn't even give me have off on my Copay ( because they had to pay more to send them out to get the correct tint so that's my fault I guess ) Wow SMH !!!
