I recently bought new glasses from two very different shops. Hands down, Queen Spectacle on Bloor has my business from now on. The other glasses I purchased cannot remotely compare to the quality of glasses I received from Queen Spectacle. In addition, the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and leave out the crazy sales pressure to purchase unnecessary add-ons. Magnus was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very patient helping me select a pair of glasses and the lenses that would work best for me. I highly recommend Queen Spectacle.

I saw Dr. Permack for a drop-in appointment a couple weeks ago regarding an eye infection. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. He got me in to see an ophthalmologist right away to get a full assessment and followed up to ensure I got the booking. He seems to really care about the well-being of his patients and I would highly recommend his services.

Great selection and amazing staff. Recently purchased a pair of glasses and shortly after bent them badly. Raymond spent a good 20 minutes fixing them on a walk in the next day. I really appreciate the post sale service.
