Had my first experience at Opticon. I have just one word WOW! Great doctor, great service, great prices. The procedure was not rushed and minute details were taken care and examined by doctor Patel. Very nice collection of frames. Special mention to Mr. Shaiz, who is knowledgeable, gives great recommendations and just superb at his job. I visited for my kid and he worked very patiently all through. Keep up the good work guys!!

The owner is pleasant and made up for the rude lady. Bought the best contact lens there. Still that lady was unpleasant. very rude Guyanese lady who told me we have no use for you people other than money. The glasses were expensive. Never took them as I requested a refund and was told there is no refund ever. 1 nonprescription glasses shouldn’t be so much No receipt given only proof I have is the debit transaction.

I went to Opticon Optical this past weekend. I had such a great experience. Optometrist Dr Carol Cueva was very professional patient and understanding. Shaz the optician took his time with me to find out what kind of frames/lenses was suitable for me and not just rushed in to get a sale. The thing the impress me the most was seeing that he was disinfecting eyeglasses and other stuff. I will recommend this optical store to my family because the services is excellent.
