Sales staff is efficient and helpful in their recommendations and are always willing to offer their best prices. Post sales support is also great. We can adjust frames and seek advice, when needed. Frames do get loose as they are worn, so this is needed sometimes. Great and accessible location with lots of free parking via Albion Mall.

Today was the second time I've used Optical Palace and when I tell you that I am no longer going anywhere else you better believe it. First pair I bought was a pair of Marc Jacobs titanium frames with blue accents. I had to re-adjust them about a hundred times before they fit perfectly and they were happier to see me each time. My new pair is less fussy... :) Even though I had to get them to order the pair... They kept my info and knocked it out of the park on this one... Even found a second pair that they saved to my file... Its like they can read my mind.. AND I GET A MAD DISCOUNT EVERYTIME I GO THERE...!!!!!

I’ve personally been to many eyeglass stores in the past and have never truly been satisfied with their selection or service. Optical Palace on the other hand is different. When you walk in you are welcomed by friendly staff that are with you every step of the way, which is needed considering how glasses are more of an investment than a purchase. They have quite the variety of frames to choose from - so selection won’t be an issue for you. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Went there recently to get an eye exam done for me and my mom and also to purchase glasses. The process was thorough and the doctor ensured that he got my perscription correct. Customer service was great and they were very helpful in helping both me and my mom select our perfect branded glasses (Armani & Michael Kors). We were able to receive them sooner than expected as well (despite my suped up specifications of transition lenses, with blue-filtering, anti-glare etc). Highly recommend :)

Ever experienced the feeling of panic when your eyeglasses break and you can't do a thing without them? Optical Palace recognizes this fact and will get your glasses or frames fixed immediately, while you wait. Other than filling in your prescription for eye glasses, they have the staff who tend to take care of immediate repairs, as was the case when my frames got damaged and I could not wear my glasses. Unlike other optical stores, the staff at Optical Palace acknowledged my presence in their store immediately as I walked in and were quite eager to help me resolve my damaged eye-wear. Love the fact that I did not have to 'take a number' to get served! My mother (R.I.P.) and I have been purchasing our eye glasses here for almost 20 years. Their prices are quite reasonable when it comes to prescription eyewear and as such they do not need to offer you the 'Buy one get one free' marketing gimmick. Besides offering eye examinations, Optical Palace has rows upon rows of glasses and frames to suit everyone's taste including some funky frames which no doubt would even make Elton John want to shop here.

Horrible experience. I came here for an eye examination and because I didnt purchase glasses with them my PD wasnt taken. When asked about this I was told they didnt do it. I then heard from another employee they do it, it just comes at an extra charge. When I asked the optician about this , his reply was that he didn't feel comfortable taking the PD because I wasnt purchasing through them. I won't be back. So basically if I'm not putting more money in their pockets they wont assist. Horrible experience.

They spelled contact lens wrong on the cleaning bottle for your glasses. It says "Do not use on CONTECT lens." Also, I bought a pair of glasses from them and the lens are scratched. It's 2019, lens should be scratch free. Scratch free lenses are a must and they've been out since 1990. It's 2019 and sadly my lenses got scratched. Never going here again.
