Very poor service, the people changed their return policy on me. I came in here with a dilemma regarding my eyes as my lenses seemed better when tilting my glasses (I've recently learned this phenomena is due to a thing called pantoscopic tilt, of which NOBODY here knew what that was). I came for an eye exam, got my lenses and I explained to them that the issue was persisting and I'd like to get it fixed, so they moved the optic centre and AGAIN the same issue. This is not why I'm writing this review however. Their attitude and the way to handled the situation refusing to refund me until I told them I'd filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, when it was clearly stated that they had a "no hassle refund policy" of which they have removed entirely now. I contacted the owner and he called me "irrational".

Glasses were great cost me 400$ for one pair though, I found it more costly then other places. They also do not answer their phones, not answering phones during Covid is frankly ridiculous. People cant get the help they need.

So rude and poor chromed service. I went in there to fix my glasses and no one was there to attend so me; when someone came out a, very rude lady and she said the reason she didn’t answer was because she was busy at the back with a customer so rudely.

I wish I can give more than a 5 star rating. Excellent customer service. Extremely helpful and dog friendly. Ashwani Kanda found me a pair of frames I liked in 10 mins. Many brand named frames at affordable prices. Great deals here.

I went yesterday and got glasses - The experience was pleasant, salesperson was friendly and offered advice when asked. They carry lots of brand names mostly Italian made frames and I could easy see that are quality made - not cheap ones like the other stores that I went. Prices were good comparable with the other stores - some even cheaper than the other places and they had more variety tons of designers name frames to select from - plus right now they are running December sale which was perfect. The experience was pleasant and I'm super pleased with my purchases and yes I will go back.

Extremely poor service. They changed the price when we selected the item. There is not even one star for them, totally poor place to visit. Don't waste time and money on them. They represent Oakley, but tend to increase price double than the actual price is. We were looking for prescription lenses for kids and original price is about $350, but they asked for %610, such a ripoff.

Coating cracked on one of the lenses in less than a year. I took it back and I was told that it will take 8-10 days to get my glasses back. Associate told me 8-10 days is our normal turn around time. In past I ordered new glasses or lenses changed and maximum turn around was 2-3 days. Even online order delivers in 1-3 business days.
