Glasses were decent, although they looked better when i first tried them on. Still a decent experience. Had some trouble with the right arm and it hurt a bit but it doesn't bother me anymore.

I took in my broken eye glasses today to get them fixed. I even told the clerk that I did not buy them from Hakim Optical. Not only did he fix them in around 3 minutes he also did not charge me anything. Keep up the great work! Will be looking at getting my next pair of eye glasses from Hakim Optical

My eyeglasses were visibly tilted and the left stick was lose making it very uncomfortable for me to wear them. The gentleman, I believe the owner repaired them in a couple of minutes and didn't charge any money for it. This example resembled their business values and I highly recommend anyone to visit this outlet.

This is the sloppiest location I’ve been to. First this store was supposed to open at 10Am, it didn’t open until 11:30. Second I called to get the status on my glasses after waiting 2 weeks (10 business days) and they still weren’t ready. I Contacted customer service and they said the Area manager would contact me and I still haven’t heard from them. NEVER AGAIN!

The owner / optician / operator was very helpful. He was sincere and kind and understanding. He did not try to push the most expensive products on me. He did not try to sneak in secret "Service Fees". He was a very down to Earth, humble and professional person with a big heart. I will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go to this specific location for their optical needs. This man and his business deserve our support. He cares about the individuals in the community. And the community should care about and support him. He gave me his name a few weeks ago when he helped me. I was going to post my happy review back then. But, literally right after he helped me, my work life became a huge demand on my time and stress levels. I just cleared the most challenging time at work. So, I am following up with my morale duty and sharing with the world the good gospel that is Woodbine Centre Hakim Optical on Rexdale in front of the racetrack/casino.

The only I could about this store that they are friendly and very helpful my daughter broke the arm on her glasses she went to the store we’re she had the glasses done the only thing they said was they are not under warranty I brought them the Hakim store in woodbine mall I show him the glasses and before I could say anything else he had replace it a no charge .not only the broken one but the other too Of all the eyeglasses store they are the friendliest And customer service is great Again thank you Hakim at woodbine
