Very good service. When I found that my prescription was off a bit, they replaced at no extra cost .It took a bit more than one week to do the 3sets, including sun glasses so they offered an extra set for free.

Amazing store! Great deals for some very fashionable frames. I have a high prescription, so I usually spend $400-500 for ONE pair of glasses due to the thickness of my lens. And the frames they can go in are normally limited (and ugly lol). Here, got 3, and didn't have to sacrifice on style! One of them was this funky red pair. Isabel is lovely to talk to and really cares about how you look in your new frames. She gave confident, honest feedback as I decided on a set. Great advice, friendly service, and good prices :)

A fabulous experience here. Apart from the fabulous service and huge selection of frames the optometrist is fabulous. The best eye exam I've ever had. I for sure know I'm getting the exact prescription I need. Unlike past exams where I wasnt sure . You will not be disappointed. Will never go anywhere else again .

My appointment was for 5:20 and it took them almost half an hour to usher me in to the Optometrist. And the service was not really great. Consider that I had to step out from my work to honour the appoitment (as it is difficult to get appointments these days). Every minute of delay hurt my schedule and I met average customer service. I honestly won't recommend this place. The prices were exorbitantly high. For a pair of regular lenses, without any fanciful coating, it would have costed me a whopping 200 CAD. If i get my specks made in India, a good quality, and get it parcelled by DHL it would still cost me 100 to 60 CAD less. And on the top of that all, I felt the ladies working at the shop looked down upon me pejoratively, I almost sensed racial undertones in the way they conducted everything. Again, as it was not explicitly racialised behaviour so I cannot take it up in legal manner.

I regret the purchase. I paid 300 dollars for three pairs of glasses of which only one fits me well. they tried to fix it but it didn't work. They offered me other frames but the options they gave me there was nothing I liked. With CAD 300 I would have bought only one pair but of a good quality that would fit me well.

Absolutely amazing service! I hate shopping for glasses, I dread it when the time comes around but April and David were so helpful. They greeted me and my mom with such respect. The service was just an overall amazing experience! Definitely recommend a visit to this location.

I absolutely love this place and trust me I have been wearing and buying glasses for over 30 years and this place is by far the best I haved dealt with. The store manager April, helped my daughter and I pick out glasses and she was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of glasses and sun glasses for the whole family. They have strict measures in place to comply with Covid restrictions, so rest assured that they are doing everything they can to make your visit a safe one. Be sure to call ahead of time to book your appointment to comply with the store restrictions. I can't rave enough about April and 3 for 1 glasses, my teenage daughter and I absolutely love her and the establishment. They also have a rainbow sticker on the door showing that they are an inclusive shop which is even more to love about this place!

I had my eye exam done through a different provider, who wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount of money for one pair of glasses. After paying a substantial fee for my eye exam, I decided to go to 3 for 1 glasses, after reading great reviews. I found the service absolutely out of this world fantastic. Not only is the service amazing, i was able to get extra glasses within my budget. So helpful, and I cannot say enough praise about this company.
