0 stars. Worst shop ever Dropped off My vehicle July 14th with list of instructions. Did not receive follow up call or any call for that matter. 1 month and a half later after many attempts of contacting them I finally got ahold of them found out they did none of the work I asked and I was told they were too busy prioritizing everyone else. Great to tell a customer save your time and money go somewhere else

Tried to rip off my friend with unrealistic things on a vehicle inspection. Really can't have just one mud flap mus have two mwtchibg ones. What's that got to do with licensing inspection?

Last experience... not the greatest. Took a vehicle in with a slow leak. They could not find it. I took it home found the leak and took it back I was charged twice for a tire repair on a tire they could not repair the first time. The morning was wasted waiting for a repair that should have been fixed the day before. I was a faithful customer until now. Although they had been fantastic in the past

Brought our truck for a scheduled appointment. Came back to pick it up we were told 1/2 the work couldnt be done because of complications to our front end a mechanic refered to as Wonky. And they charged us for work that didnt have to be done. We got what needed to be done at another garage.

I can't say enough about this place. In life, there are only those one important places you go to that you don't change. Like your doctor, hairstylist, mechanic, and Trent's tires. Very honest about your tires. So reasonable, I feel like I'm jipping them, but I'm so grateful they charge way less than others in town because I just can't afford it. They do great work, and just like Cheers, everyone knows your name. Thay even put a gift of earphones in my car one time after getting my winter tires switched out that I still use today. Great service!

Excellent Service at Trents Tire! Fixed a Flat for us on a weekend after hours. Great selection of tires and knowledgeable Sales staff. Nice that they do truck safeties as well.
