This store had a great selection of clothing, especially jeans of all colors and styles. The staff were all extremely helpful when I required assistance and left me to browse the store as I wanted without pestering me at all. I would definitely recommend coming here for construction or work related clothing, or even day to day casual wear.

I bought a pair of winter boots last month, in spite of the good reputation of the WindRiver brand, those shoes didn't last a month and I returned them today. They refunded me quickly with no headache. Apart from that deal, the rest of items I've bought from this store are pretty cool and valuable.

Placed an early large Christmas order for my 3 sons coming from away. The order was shorted,( 3 items not sent) and one item came with the security tag. The reason for ordering online was to avoid the 2 hour drive into the city during Christmas. Their solution, a15% discount on my next order(really!!! Not spending any more of my money with then) and a free return envelope for the shirt, they have none to send in its stead, let alone complete my order!!! My solution... Shop elsewhere.....

Came in with my dog, as Canadian Tire has a dog-friendly policy. The staff loved him. Everybody loves Bandit. I picked out 2 pair of jeans and a flannel sweater. Tried everything on and was waiting for my dad to finish when... The manager came and asked my dog to leave. I asked why and was told 'we have nothing to do iwith Canadian Tire' 'theres no dogs allowed in here' . I left without my purchases and on the way out walked past several Canadian Tire posters and advertising. I have never had this problem at Marks in 10 years.

I got a $50 gift card for Mark's for my birthday from my sister. I went in thinking I could buy a couple of polo shirts, maybe even shoes. It was sooo expensive though. I could barely afford one decent shirt. And lots of stuff was on sale too. I'm not sure why they charge so much. Maybe it's all perspective because I love thrift store shopping so much! I could see wanting to come here if you need really serious construction/outdoor work clothes though.

I do almost all my clothes shopping at Marks, quite often they will have sales or things go on clearence. They have some good quality clothing for slighty high prices but they last a lot longer than cheaper places. Definitely recommend.

Pretty good spot to get yourself some working clothes. Little up there in price, but the quality is right up there with it. Got some Carhartt bib overalls there and wore them for a few days, but they didn't fit right and they took them back no questions asked and let me grab a pair that fit a little nicer. Overall, great customer service!

Awful customer service. Bought a gift card and decided two days later on another gift. Wouldn't refund the gift card and the assistant manager was terribly rude about the situation Only explaining that their "system " wouldn't allow the returns. Maybe they should have a better "system" that serves their clients more fairly.

I find Mark's very disappointing the past few seasons. Went to look for cotton pants and some summer tops but nothing like that available. They actually have lined polyester shirts with venting to breath. I can't imagine that on a hot day.

Hard to find 2XL+ clothes now a days but Marks has a good variety of that. They have slippers, toques, hoodies, shirts, I was looking at. I bought some steel-toe shoes a few months ago, very satisfied! Great location too very convenient for me.
