This store is despicable. They pressure and bully clients into purchasing glasses from them and even go as far as criticizing clients eye wear to intimidate them.

Refused to give me my prescription. Charged me $25 for a 'free' pair of trial contact lenses. Doctor had never heard of my brand of contact lenses and accused me of making it up. Condescending and rude- kept cutting me off to insult me. Stay away from this place.

We move the appointment by a week because there was no optician. Then, when I can finally do my exam, I am told that my request is sent in a rush and the lady sets a delivery date 5 days later. Yahoo! I call back on the scheduled date and the person I got online spoke to me in such a passive-aggressive tone that I didn't dare call back until today. I ran into stupid people again and now I am told that the deadline is 21 WORKING days. If it wasn't that the glasses have already been reimbursed by my insurance, I would cancel my order. Je prends un rendez-vous pour faire changer les verres de ma monture. On déplace le rendez-vous d'une semaine parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'opticienne. Ensuite, lorsque je peux enfin faire mon examen, on me dit qu'on envoie ma demande en rush et la dame met une date de livraison 5 jours plus tard. Yahoo! Je rappelle à la date prévue et la personne que j'ai eu en ligne m'a parlé sur un ton tellement passif-aggressif que je n'ai pas osé rappeler avant aujourd'hui. Je suis encore tombée sur des gens bêtes et maintenant on me dit que le délai est de 21 jours OUVRABLES. Si ce n'était pas que les lunettes ont déjà été remboursées par mes assurances, j'annulerais ma commande. Plus jamais je ne ferai affaire avec cette succursale.

As others have mentioned now that Doctor Pinsky is gone so is any semblance of a legitimate business - they are very poorly staffed and under equipped and the optometrist is truly awful - plus they hiked the prices.

The doctor was nice and proffesional but the manager Mrs elhaddad wasn't at all...she is only trying to get you there and then take your money. The cost for eye examination is 85$ as published on the website and when I called to book an appointment I asked again to make sure...since every where else it's 95$..so the lady who answered the phone assured me that the cost is 85$...so I booked an appointment. After the examination was done and after i had tried some of the frames they have I decided to postpone buying the glasses to another time...and when I came to pay...she asked me for 95$... so I asked why it's 95$ whereas I have been told it's 85$...the lady got upset and told me there is no such price at there store...I payed and thought I made a mistake...after I left I checked the website again, and guess what ... It's 85$ ... so I went back to the store to show them what is written on their web and to suggest to change it since it's not for real...then the leady (Mrs. elhaddad tells me ...ohhhh it's the photo for your eye that we did). For sure they didn't mention any extra cost for that photo which I don't know if they did or not... At the end I just wanna say that I would not mind to pay an extra 10$ if they had mentioned that...or if from the begining they said that the exam will cost 95$ ... but not lieing and trying to fool people to get them in then charge them more. Stay away guys.... not recommended at all

I had a 4:00 PM appointment for an eye exam, arrived at 3:55 PM and was told that I would have to wait because there were two other people before me "due to a delay". The woman who was next to go in for the exam had already been waiting an hour. What is the point of making an appointment if the optometrist is not going to respect your time? Everyone working at this place seemed completely disorganized. Never again!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pinsky for many years. When he relocated to Blvd. Des Sources I was happy it was closer to home. The staff helped me pick out what I think is by far my favorite pair of glasses. But I have had several problems with my glasses. They have had to repair and replace a few parts. The manager Eddie has always helped me out and sent me on my way with a smile. This is a place were they really want the customer to be happy. Thank you! ☺

Après que j’aie insisté que je ne comptais pas acheter de monture ce jour là, la vendeuse m’a dit de faire un tour pendant qu’elle prépare ma prescription. Elle a vu un autre client pendant ce temps et, au final, ne m’a même pas remis ma prescription. Tout ça dans le but que je puisse pas acheter de lunettes ailleurs... donc si vous souhaitez simplement faire un examen, je conseille d’aller voir ailleurs.

I visited this establishment today. I needed an eye exam in a short time and they where very accommodating. The service was Great , The Doctor was very good and friendly. Also they had great promotions on my new pair of glasses. First time here but definitely won’t be my last.

I came in yesterday around 5:30 very disappointed with G&S because I had pair of eyeglasses with loose arms and a pair of sunglasses that I received from the 2 for 1 deal that would keep sliding of my face and was very uncomfortable. A young man was busy vacuuming the store at the time but quickly dropped everything he was doing to help me solve my situation. It took about 20 minutes for him to adjust my sunglasses and he also tightened my eyeglasses. I really appreciated his kind heart and his great customer service!

Loved my experiece there. The entire staff is great though the guy that helped me, Chris P., was definitely a standout. He answered all my questions and even helped me pick out an awesome pair of glasses. I'm terrible at choosing frames so his honesty and help was very much appreciated. Plus, I had a broken pair of glasses at home so they did whatever they could to rush my order, so now instead of getting them in 3 weeks, I'm getting them in one! Also, the Optometrist i saw, (I'm sorry i forget his name) was great too. He gave me some info about the human eye and the condition that my eyes are in which I really liked. Keep it up guys!

Great service! The optometrist took great care of my daughter, being super patience since she was nervous about the drops needed for her exam. Chris helped her choose the glasses according to her style, asking the right questions and listening to her requests. They helped my family to find the better plan for us to stick to budget, which I appreciated immensely because our finances are really tight right now. I called this establishment a few weeks ago to obtain a copy of my sons prescription. The person I spoke with refused to speak English and stated she would send the prescription by email which she never did. I went into the store to obtain said prescription and representative was very rude and unprofessional. First and last mistake ever giving business to this establishment. I will go where my business is valued and my needs respected. Sadly this isn’t the place.

I was glad to see a new Greiche and Scaff open on sources because it's next to home. I was even more impressed by the service and the very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Pinsky took the time to answer my questions and made this experience even better. Overall i really like the new store and the people working in it, I recommend you go and check out the wide collection of frames they have !!
