What a great place ! Dr Gordon has left his business to wonderful and caring ppl. Dr.Ronis is a pleasure and helpful and caring with the children and us adults. Maria is amazing when you need glasses and so knowledgeable. You will always be in good hands from the secretary to the assistants to the Dr. s. So happy to be a patient here. Thank you!

We did my daughter's eye exam here for the first time. We asked not to take pictures of her eyes inside during her eye exam, which cost $40 when we made an appointment, but they did without notice and charged $40 to us. The eye exam for children under 18 is covered by RAMQ, but this place asks extra examination that is not covered by RAMQ, and try to charge us. I will never come back this place for our children's eye exams.

Originally, I was a patient of Dr. Gordon’s, as well as my entire family. We were kindly accepted into the very kind and capable hands of Dr. Charles when Dr. Gordon was ready to hand over his legacy. As busy as Dr. Charles is, she takes the time to listen to you and offers solutions to problems that may arise. She is always running but that is a good thing. She is driven, she is talented and she makes time to really get to know her patients. Simply amazing! The added bonus once you’re exam is done is the assistance you get from Maria. She is beyond kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Maria will never pressure you into purchasing something you don’t want or need. She has a way of talking with you about options for frames or lenses that is informative and clear. Maria is humble, honest and down to earth, not to mention funny. Going to the doctors isn’t always fun, however, it never feels like a cold environment, more like a visit with someone you happened to run into.

I came with my daughter to do eye exam Saturday with Dr Abdou. He is a very nice doctor. Afaf welcome us from the entrance in a very nice way, and then she helped my daughter with her glasses. Everything was done fast, she found glasses suit her face in two minutes ( I thought it will take an hour for my daughter to choose). What surprised us that she was helping us and another patients at the same time with a professional way, and she pleases everyone. Everyone is asking us from where we got the glasses. After explaining I needed a prescription to order sunglasses online, they happily scheduled me in. After the appointment, they refused to give me Pupil distance measure, which was required for the glasses I was ordering, they said, that their policy was to not give that measurement, so you buy glasses from their office (at great expense). I spent $150 with them and they seemingly knowingly mislead me and tried to force me to buy glasses through them. Terrible experience.

Dr. Charles is an extraordinary doctor; she discovered a tear in my retina and was able to arrange for an operation that same day at the Jewish Hospital. I have seen her on many occasions since then, for dry eyes, contacts etc. She is professional and very knowledgeable, a gem! Wonderful staff all around! Dr. Charles is great and is wonderful with my young children. I've never had to wait around, and the staff is always friendly. I recently found out that I needed glasses and was dreading the experience; trying to find sunglasses that both suit me and stay on comfortably had been impossible. Afaf walked me over to the display, and BAM! Just like that she pulled out a pair that stay on, look amazing, and really do flatter me (I've received TONS of compliments!) She even got the colour right! The glasses were rushed and I got them in 2 business days. I'm super impressed!
