What a great experience from eye exam, glasses selection and glasses fitting. The staff was very attentive to my ‘prescription’ needs. They took their time with the detailed eye exam - I have difficult alignment needs. Rita was extremely helpful explaining my lens prescription details after helping me select beautiful new frames. The eye measurements and mapping were done with what looked to be very ‘state if the art’ electronic equipment. Very impressive! The entire staff was very professional and I highly recommend this store for anyone’s glasses needs. Thank you!

It’s sad really. The initial service was good. After my exam I ask for my prescription so I can give it to my work place since they offer glasses, I was told, “ well, my business is selling glasses, the exam barely covers the staff and office space” seriously!?! Of courses now feeing guilty I purchase one pair???? I had to go back to get them adjusted. It’s been over two weeks and no news????‍♂️ I called on a Friday, I was told that I would get a call back in about 10min. They never called back. My experience has not been great. I have been getting headaches since they have my glasses, the only pair I have, my old prescription was for distance my new one include reading now. I definitely do not recommend them. I am happy for all the others that got good service, unfortunately I didn’t. Will take my family “business” somewhere else.
