Absolutely wonderful! The staff is so friendly, and Janette is amazing! She will work with you until you have a prescription that you both feel comfortable with. The Doctor is great as well, everyone is very thorough. I love going in, I would not want to go anywhere else. Worth a visit!

I was having trouble focusing with one of my eyes and was able to book a same day appointment when I called Robertson Optical. The person I booked the appointment with was very helpful and friendly. The optometrist was thorough and noticed something in my eye that required prescription eye drops. Overall this was a very good experience and I will definitely be back for my next eye exam.

Outstanding service! I dropped in here on a Saturday afternoon as I discovered at the last minute that I did not have any contact lenses left, and I was going on a work trip the following Monday to California. I normally only use my contacts in the summer when I am wearing my sunglasses. The staff at Robertson Optical set me up with a sample pair to cover me for my short trip. Lifesavers! When I got back we updated my prescription and they set me up with the most comfortable contacts I have ever tried, and I just got a new pair of glasses from them as well. Honestly cant say enough good stuff about them. 5 stars all the way.

I am both impressed & very grateful for Robertson Optical & Optometry. My 3 year old recently broke the frame of my glasses and it was beyond repairable state. I was devastated as I wear these glasses all the time & they are my only pair too. Without my glasses, I would not be able to drive or read. It was a huge inconvenience. I went in the store desperately for help and their eye specialist Jeanette was so incredibly helpful. She immediately called the supplier for my frames and ask if a replacement pair is available. Then she proceed to find another similar pair of frames in the store, took it apart to replace the broken leg of my existing glass frame, so I can wear my glasses again as a temporary solution until my replacement frames arrive. I never would have thought this is possible, but Robertson Optical went out of their way to ensure I can carry on my day without any further inconvenience. They are knowledgable, professional & very attentive. They really go ABOVE & BEYOND to help me get back to my normal life and I am very grateful for their help. I highly recommend them!!!! A huge THANK YOU to Robertson Optical!

Very professional and friendly services. Dr. Chen was very thorough with my eye exam. Best optometrist I’ve ever met! She took her time and was patient with my questions! Definitely recommend this place if you need to get your eyes checked!!

My fiance and I recently had our eye exams here. I thought they seemed a little over priced but they have excellent reviews. Turns out this place is totally worth the money. The optician and staff were incredibly knowledgeable and easy to deal with, with next to no pressure. Definitely the best optometrist I've been to in 25 years

Had a problem with sticking eye lashes. Did not solve the problem charged me $45.00. Three days latter went to another optometrist. Found the problem immediately and did not charge me a penny. Would not recommend this place

I went to Robertson for my eye exam. Following my exam I was referred to an Opthamologist for an issue that had not been previously diagnosed by other Optometrists. Thank you so much. Their staff are so friendly and helpful I have referred my family for their future exams and glasses. I purchased my glasses there about 5 years ago and they have been the best glasses I have ever had. Thanks again for your wonderful service.
