Owner is highly experienced if you are in doubt of selecting shades. One can easily tell buy his exp he helps you to find the best shade which will suit you within seconds!! You name the brand he has it and if you dont see he can order it as per your need.

He is a hard worker and always makes sure that we are taken care of. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all the information so we don’t feel lost. He really knows what he is doing and will go the extra mile to make sure we leave with what we want. His products are up to date and there is always new inventory available that are in season! Went in this afternoon with a pair of broken glasses! (Not originally from this shop) Chances were they were irrepareable! The owner was nice and put me at ease with this. He was able to fix the glasses and was so happy to help because he knew it was going to leave me with no glasses! Received some genunine customer service that is rare these days! The owner and staff are efficient and professional and the shopping for eyeglasses here was a pleasant experience. I picked out a frame, the lens for my prescription was in stock so the owner was able to shape it with the in-house CNC machine while I waited, and I had my completed glasses within 20 minutes. That was amazing. I have always had to wait days for this before. Given the pricing was also eminently fair, obtaining one's eyewear needs from this business makes nothing but total sense.

I have been going to this place for the past 3 years. Their extremely helpful customer care and service is not available anywhere else in surrey! I have broken my glasses numerous times, and they are always more then happy to fix or replace them! (At no charge). And they have the latest collections for sunglasses and if you don’t find what your looking for, they can usually order them in! Great prices and helpful staff.

There are a wide variety of designer glasses to choose from, in addition to the frames being of high quality. Glasses also come within a short time frame and come in mint condition. I would not go anywhere else when looking for eyeglasses or sunglasses!

The first 2 times I got glasses in the last 6 years it went ok but this time it didn't . I Was suppose to bill for lens only after I paid cash for frames. Frames sell online for 30 to 60 bucks for this model. Instead they waited 6 months till my medical benefits would allow billing both frames and lens . Then they billed for both. After I talk with them about it then then tried to say I owned 140 bucks extra if they removed the hold they had on my benefit. They still refused to deal with what I feel is dishonest billing and then trying to get more out of me then was the ordinal pricing for lens only . Dead from the neck up company I feel.
