My wife went to this location to have her eye exam, and order new glasses. The staff were not friendly, or helpful. The frames were on the wall locked into place so she wasn't able to try them on to see what she liked most. The staff ignored her unless she spoke to them. Once she seen a frame she thought she liked they still didn't offer to let her try them, and just gave her a clip to put on them to identify her choice. Three of us in the family have dealt with that Image since we bought our home in Surrey. Up until now we were very happy with the service. After yesterdays experience we will never deal with that location again. We called and arranged to finalize my wife's order at another location. I hope the customer service in that one hasn't slid so badly! As I am also a business owner I am saddened at the lack of courtesy at this location now!

This is a place I go to for my eye care. 89 dollars for eye exam a pair of glasses (mild prescription). Dr Lee was great. Young doctor and detailed. Made sure it was a exam that covered all the concerns. We need more of this type of doctors. Dr Lee you go girl!!

My experience with Image Optometry Delta has been a positive one. I had an eye exam which included a free pair of prescription eye glass. I did not like any of the frames that they had there. Aashna, the customer service clerk ordered the frame that I wanted from another location and had my glass ready within a week. She kept me updated from the time the frame arrived until it was ready for pickup.

Dropped in one and half year ago to have a new prescription done. Dr. Dhillon said I had cataracts and set me up with an Opthamologist. In the meantime, she was reluctant to make me a new pair of glasses. She told me that when the cataracts were done, the prescription would change so it would be a waste of money. She advised me just to buy some new readers for now and wait until the surgery. I've just finished surgery on both eyes (what a difference!) and went back there to order my new glasses. Thanks so much for your honesty and integrity. Unfortunately, Its not as common as it used to be.

I had a eye examine done by Dr Diwan and as always great service, but I had some issues after the eye examine and he saw me 2 more times right away and did not charge me. I’m giving these two stars to the doctors for their work put into the eye exam and to the staff managing appointments etc. this rating could have been much higher but the lady (don’t know her name) teaching me how to put in contact lenses was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Firstly she assumed my needs by telling me to keep my glasses on whereas I did not need them to see up close and the second time this happned I simply told her okay with no rude or abrupt change of tone in my voice and she replied “there’s no need to show me attitude” while pointing at me and giving me the “Death Stare”. This behaviour is unacceptable and ill mannered, never again do I want to encounter this woman nor do I wish to visit to image Optometry. They need to understand that with a staff member like theirs, there going to be losing MANY more customers.

I have had excellent service again. I always go back. The people here are very helpful and give you all the time you need to choose your frames and lens. They go above and beyond. They helped me get set up with a lens for a specific sport, another pair for computer work and an everyday very nice stylish pair. When you can’t decide on frames they take so much time helping choose a frame. Thank you very much for the time and excellent service. Not at all happy with them. I scheduled an eye exam, took time off work. Unfortunately having to travel the AF bridge is always dicey and although I gave myself plenty of time, traffic was bad and I arrived 8 minutes late. The receptionist said, sorry, you are 10 minutes late and therefore we have to reschedule your appointment! She mentioned that two other patients with appointments after mine were already there and they are booked solid, so can no longer fit me in. I corrected her that I was 8 min late not 10, but whatever. I asked if they cant 'squeeze' me in considering the commute and that I had already taken time off work, she said no. Fine. Obviously they are overbooking clients if they cannot accomodate a few minutes here or there. I called around locally to several places. I reached Deziner Optometry in Nordel Centre (88th & Scott) who were accomodating and said to come in, they would fit me in no problem. I really liked the Optometrist there, very professional job and a much better eye exam than I had in past with Image Optometry. So I will not return to them again, they have lost a customer.

Worst service ever, got glasses done before 3 weeks with missing prescription for one side and got severe headaches everyday, informed manager but she was like OH! we are sorry we will provide you prescription again and she was ok too with refund but not helpful after getting their own staff mistake and they don't care that due to them I am not able to go to my work for last 3 weeks and suffering from severe headaches... Really want to complaint against them as got health issues just because of them,, Hoping for answer from Owner..

Very bad exprerience..they really dont care about their customers..based on the doctor appointed by them i got glasses made which was prescribed for a lower power by their doctor which was totally pointless to me but she convinced me they will be fine..but guess what I didnt even wear them once and now they wont return it. Total waste of my insurance which covers once in 2 yrs. Not going back to them again and recommend others to not go to them as well. 0.5 star

I am not happy with the Dr/Owner's resolve to my issue. They have no glasses that fit me included in the "free with eye exam" section. There is one pair in the store that will fit and is only $20 more than the "free" (<$100) options. They would not allow me to pay the difference of $20 and the best "solution" they offered me was to pay an additional $60. Definitely not helpful and a waste of my time.

Am a very challenging patient, with some 'very uncommon' eye troubles; and no matter who the optometrist, the service and the professionalism of all - including the front-office team has always been par excellence. Warning, there is a big disconnect between management and location staff, take your business to a company that actually cares about its customers! If you look, they do not address any of the bad reviews, they do not care! Called to make an appointment for my wife and son, and all seemed fine ( customers for almost 20 years now). My wife received a call back to inform her that her appointment would not be honoured as she would no longer welcomed as a customer. Shocked, she asked why and was told there was a note on her file from management saying she was not to be accepted as a client. I have spoke to several people, and no one can explain why, they just repeat the note on the file. I am not able to reach anyone for an answer, and have received no responses to my complaints. Super frustrated and angry, and no one seems to care! Update, they did respond finally, but it is clear that they have made an error in blocking my wife. I see the response and it does seem thought out, but they blocked the wrong individual and that is the disconnect. Google reviews is the only social media I participate in and my wife does not use it at all, especially Yelp? Who even uses that anymore. Bottme line is we were good customers, we enjoyed the staff that worked there, and they banned the wrong person from their store. Until my wife was banned, we did not have a bad thing to say about this establishment and would have continued being good happy customers. They confused my wife with someone else. I have sent them emails directly on this matter and they would not contact me directly. Just a confused response to my google review. If you would like to fix the matter properly, contact me directly, this is not good business practice, and you could have easily resolved this and avoided a bad review by addressing this directly.

It had been a very long time since using their services. We booked 2 appointments for eye exams and the process couldn’t have been more well managed and efficient during the Covid pandemic. We stayed in our car, phoning in upon arrival with all personal info taken over the phone and then advised to enter the store. Paperwork was ready for us to sign immediately, pace moving forward quite quickly. All precautions taken making us extremely comfortable. Dr.Birk did most of the testing, with upmost professionalism but also making us feel completely at ease. Dr. Macario came in for the final verification checks and to answer any questions. Took about 1.5 hrs for our 2 appointments, very thorough. Would recommend eye exams here. Glasses/lenses were not required so cannot comment on that.

I received great service at your location. Everyone was so friendly. The Dr. explained everything to me which was great. The young lady who checked me in and did some of the tests was really nice and very professional sanitizing the machines and explaining what she was doing. I didn't get his name but the young man who helped me with my glasses gave me exceptional service. He gave me all of my choices, listened to my needs and agreed with what I chose making sure I knew I could upgrade later. His service alone would keep me coming back. You all did great! Thankyou.

Great customer service!! My elderly neighbour fell and mangled her eyeglasses. The doctors at the hospital wanted to get her walking, but she was too afraid because she couldn't see properly without her eyeglasses. They looked pretty bad so I took them to the Image Optometry in Scottsdale Mall to buy another pair. I told one of the staff (Shobna) what had happened. She spent some time on them and was able to put them back into almost perfect condition - no charge! My elderly neighbour was very happy!

I went to Delta location in Scottsdale Mall. And got the worst customer service ever. I went to look at glasses and the girl sitting at the desk took 5 minutes before she even looked up. The 2 guys didn't even acknowledge me. When the girl finally got up she was not even helpful looking for glasses. Just unlocked them and went and sat back down. My wife and I have been going here for a number of years and we like the Doctor that does the eye exam . Answers all our questions and does not hurry you Glasses are great and the staff suggested we get a certain type of lens and they do not mar at all . Always was a problem for me and the last lens are clear after a number of years. Great service .

I needed my recent exam prescription emailed to me, but they refused because the prescription was "expired".....UNLESS I pay them $25 because somehow that makes the prescription less expired. I have been here before so when l called to make my appointment l wanted to ensure they had all my insurance information, or alternatively, l would ensure l had the required information prior to my appointment. I was told they had my information, so I booked my appointment. I found the staff very unfriendly with no introduction or "hello". I tried to be friendly but the people working there turned their backs on me when l was speaking. I was the only person in the store so they were not busy. When l asked about glasses, l was told they had no ideal what my insurance would cover so l would have to call my insurance company. So, I had the eye examine but could not get glasses, which seemed ridiculous. I was discouraged from looking at the glasses and was when l was told to put the glasses down after touching them because they now had to be disinfected. This made me feel bad. The person offered no further assistance around looking at or choosing glasses and just walked away. I had a rushed eye examination and found the doctor cold and disinterested. So, l left with a prescription but no glasses. This was a very different from my previous experience, today the people working were rude to the point of hurting my feelings, which seemed a bit much for an eye appointment, there is no reason to make someone feel bad.
