The staff were bright and friendly and up front with the costing and how to apply my benefits. I found the whole experience to be pleasant and I was really blown away by the friendly atmosphere. Excellent service! My young son had an eye emergency which needed an assessment and they were wonderful! They found the time to see him and the Doctor was so professional, kind and reassuring! Em Optical is amazing, and now that they are in Ladner I no longer have to travel to Richmond to get the incredible service and hands down best selection of glasses and sun glasses ever! Family run they really treat you great. Our family of 4 return every year for our optical exams and the newest and latest sunglasses on the market. Love how they work within our budget and how they make our little ones feel at ease when getting their eye exam. I can not recommend these guys enough.
