My 80+ year old mother in law went to get her eyes examined here and was surprised with a $30 Covid charge as she was checking out. This charge is not only exorbitant, it's uncalled for, from an already strapped Senior Citizen, and left a foul taste in my mouth, about this sharp practice. The businesses need to inform clients about an extra charge, "before" the appointment, not at the end. I will report to BBB, with proof, and my family will never set foot in this business again, from hereon !

Called in and the receptionist told me to hold..then forgets I'm on the line for 10 minutes. I was a bit disappointed that the front desk lady did part of my eye exam with my contacts on.. even blew air into my contacts WITHOUT noticing I had contacts on.. to me it was very careless even if it was a mistake.. only when I went into the doctor’s room did the doctor notice. They also rip you off $100 a box of 1 day 90 day pack acuve oasys versus $55 online. Another star off because I wanted a contacts lense prescription and not an eyeglasses one...and I had to ask for it instead of him just providing it for me. The good parts were that the doctor was patient, warned me about seeing dots in the air, and giving me his thoughts about circle/coloured lenses.

Very thorough eye exam- Dr. Jagpal took the time to explain everything and addressed any questions or concerns that I had. Ordered sunglasses through them as well and they arrived right on time for my trip!

Very happy with my eye exam. My prescription usually has to be adjusted atleast once after my testing but that wasn't the case with my doctor here.

BEWARE: I had a full eye exam done by DR. Basra and the prescription he gave me was WRONG!!!! I went for a second opinion else where and turns out he wrote it out incorrectly. My left eye should have been for my right eye!!!! Instead of fixing his mistake he told his staff that I had to pay for another eye exam which is $80. It’s quite clear that he cares more about the money than his patients vision.

I regularly go to this clinic. Dr. Jagpal is highly knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely friendly. The staff is great too and very helpful. There's a wide variety of glasses at good prices too. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Delta Eye Clinic! The doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Jagpal was informative and actually took the time to explain the steps of my eye exam. She thoroughly answered my questions and I really appreciated feeling like I wasn't being rushed out. I purchased my glasses from them as well - the selection is amazing! I have definitely found my eye clinic.

Very bad service. Not impressed at all. Overpricing on their lenses. I got my lenses made from them and couldn't see clearly and got a second opinion which prescription was different. The staff doesn't want to accept that they made a mistake. They overcharged me telling that they are the best lenses from Hoya but it is just normal lenses that you can get for 40 dollars in the market.

I am going to Dr. Basra since 2015 and will highly recommend for him. But front desk staff is being changed very frequently and being replaced with unexperienced staff. Front desk staff 3yrs back was much more experienced and they use to know what they were doing. Since last 3yrs staff being changed frequently and they don't know how to deal with the patient. It is Dr. Basra because of whom I am going there otherwise I'll never go. I'll suggest Delta Eye Clinic to hire experienced Front desk staff who know there job.

I was going to another eye doctor in the area for several years but after my last visit to that office I decided it was time to make a change. I was very impressed with the level of service here. My eye doctor took her time to explain everything she was doing and I had the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. I had never been told of my eye condition in such detail and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to come here as well.

Doesnt deserve any star at all. I am medically exempt from wearing masks and during a time where masks werent even required, only recommended, they have refused to do an eye exam for me in order to get new lenses for my glasses. This place is discriminating and i felt like wearing a gold star during ww2 where certain people were excluded from social live. This is only the beginning of a social credit system and Canada unfortunatelly is turning into a fashist society. People have not learned from the past unfortunatelly.

I have been a patient of Delta Eye Clinic's for almost a year now, and don't plan on going anywhere else. My first introduction to them was in June of 2013. I had (unbeknownst to me at the time) a swollen cornea and was calling around looking for someone who would see me as a drop-in. Though they were closed at the time I called, someone at Delta Eye Clinic actually called me back when they opened! And that was without me even leaving a message. I have never gotten that kind of treatment from any professional before. But that sums up the level of care this establishment will give patients. I booked an appointment a few hours later, and have been going there repeatedly since. I have been diagnosed with a fairly uncommon eye condition for 9 years now. To date my treatment had involved wearing hard contact lenses. As I was told, that was the optimal way for me to have clear vision, and I was never presented any alternatives from my lens fitter or Ophthalmologists. But after seeing Dr. Jagpal at Delta Eye Clinic, I was presented with alternatives. I found out there were surgical options available to me that could stop the need for hard lenses, or perhaps any lenses at all in my eyes. After 9 years of wearing uncomfortable, hard contact lenses, finding out that information after my first visit was literally life changing. And now 11 short months later, I am on the road to a second chance with my vision. I have had one eye operated on, and the other will be done next year. And it's all thanks to my consultations with Delta Eye Clinic and their referrals to other eye specialists. I am confident I am getting the best care in the world for my eyes now. And I am always including in the decision making process every step of the way. My options are always laid out, but it's up to me to choose what I wish to do. The staff at Delta Eye Clinic is always friendly, courteous, and very professional. There are always reminder calls before appointments, and if followups are needed they can be booked on the spot before you leave your current appointment. That's a huge plus, as in my experience, some clinics won't let you schedule anything more than a week ahead. The bottom line is this: in 11 months with Dr. Jagpal at Delta Eye Clinic, I have had better care and made more progress with my vision than I had in 9 years previously. That's a fact. I highly recommend Delta Eye Clinic to anyone in the Lower Mainland area

Very friendly staff and the doctor was great as well. I was quite impressed with the quality of the eye exam, I had pictures and a scan of the back of my eye. The doctor went over the pictures with me in detail. I am very happy with my progressives. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Dr.Jagpal is the best optometrist I have ever had. My prescription was bang on. At other places I would always have to go back, and get it adjusted. Great selection of glasses and sunglasses. Very thorough and detailed eye exams. Would highly recommend this place.
