Staff are always so friendly. I have been using their services for many years and will continue to do so for many more. Covid prevention measures are in effect - must wear a mask and only four customers allowed in at a time.

Great place: agents try their best to make sure you get the best deals or interest rates that you can get. My only complaint is that Dawson Creek usually has a higher turn over rate: not many young people like a smaller northern community. I like it better when people are familiar and stay to build a better community. Overall this place is great.

There were 3 employees and only 1 was helping waiting customers. There were only 2 people in front of me and I waited 45 minutes to be helped. They were not knowledgeable or friendly and didn't do anything to make it easier for customers. Coming from an insurance background and hearing the conversations with customers they made simple solutions ten times more difficult. Also dirty and dingy. People walked out it was so brutal. Learn from my mistakes, don't go here.

Brett helped the filing process a piece of cake, and I wasn't in there for no more than 30 minutes for the permits I needed filed. Would absolutely recommend this branch for anyone seeking help. Will definitely be returning with my business again.

Greatly disappointed with their service... My husband just got off the phone with one of their customer service reps (I believe her name was Kara), and her attitude was unpleasant to say the least. We understand that during these times they are doing their best to serve everybody, but when you ask a simple question you don't expect to get talked down to over the phone. Definitely will never deal with this branch again!

Horrible service. Lady serving us was rude from start to finish. Took 1 hour to do paper work . Then we wanted to do a second renewal at same time and was told we would have to wait in line again for our turn again. Will not use western financial for any future insurance.

Another positive experience at Western Financial, Dawson Creek, BC. I am very proud to be part of a firm that goes the extra mile. A friend that is 86 years old and her Cerebrick Palsy son both needed vehicle insurance right away. On Sunday, Tammy, not only went well past the time she was finished for the day, but our of concern for them and Covid 19, delivered them, the completed insurance, on her way home, by picking up check between two doors and dropping of the paper work. Also, help them fill it out on the phone Know that is an insurance agent for sure. Love the firm and her for going the extra mile. thank you again Tammy

I recently switched from Hub to western, and I cannot believe the difference. I would highly recommend western, as they saved me 60$ a month. The service was quick, efficient, and extremely professional. I'm glad I made the change.
