Dawson Creek is not really a great place to shop... you're much better off driving to Grand Prairie for a days shopping both in prices and selection

Very small. Lots of empty stalls. Much higher price points than Fort St. John or Grand Prairie. Not very useful or popular shops. Very low traffic. Clean, modern, easy to access the parking lot. . .but not a great spot to go hang out unless you go with a specific purpose in mind.

Construction is ongoing at that one anchor store and they are looking forward to a new business there. Lots of parking, sushi restaurant looking great and a nice licensed restaurant in the strip mall. Kids area has monitors for cartoons. Fashion and jewelry stores, electronics, health and fitness, work wear stores, anchored by a big drug store.
