Dr. K is both husband and mine's optometrist. She is always kind and it is obvious that she cares about you as a person too. She was willing to open her shop, on her day off, late at night, to see my husband for an urgent appointment. The staff are always very friendly too.

I simply walked in to get my glasses tightened. A lady named Caroline helped me. After I left I noticed a film on both my lenses that I could not get off. I went back and was told that she just heated up the ends so she could bend them, nothing more was done. Upon contacting my Optician, I was informed on how and what happen. I just purchased my glasses a month ago for a very high price. Even though I was told that New Look would replace the lenses, they do not have the higher quality of lenses that I have. I have had to go all day with blurred vison. I am going to go back to my optical to have them replaced. Do not under any circumstance go to this optical. They damaged my lenses and I will never again step foot in this optical again! If I could give a negative review, I would!

I ordered two pairs of glasses from here and they were of high quality and came in very quickly. The staff was very kind and patient with me as I took forever to chose frames. The pricing is also amazing. I will be returned for my next two pairs!
